This research was conducted moving from the problems found in schools, namely learning about AUD health which makes the learning process monotonous. The uncertain situation during online learning makes teachers need learning media that can be used for online and offline learning. This study aims to describe the design and determine the validity of interactive multimedia-based media on aspects of early childhood health. This type of research is research and development using the ADDIE development model. The subjects in this study were 5 including 1 learning content expert, 1 learning design expert and learning media expert, and 3 children in group B in the individual test. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire method which was then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Validity test according to learning content experts, learning design experts and learning media experts with good qualifications and trials with very good qualifications. So it can be stated that this interactive multimedia-based media is suitable for use in early childhood health aspects. The implication of this research is that this media product can be a solution to existing problems, which can be used in online and offline learning and can make learning more varied.

Learning through play is one of the principles of learning in PAUD. Through games, especially traditional games, aspects of children's character development can be improved. However, teachers lack references regarding existing traditional games so that media is needed that can be used as a reference. This study aims to produce multimedia (Audio-visual Media) for Children's Traditional Game Learning to improve PAUD by (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation). After passing the requirements analysis stage, model design. Then, the product results in the form of learning audio-visual media containing traditional games in improving children's character were evaluated by material and media experts with the aim of improving the product. Furthermore, an evaluation was carried out at the media utilization stage involving teachers and PAUD children with the aim of knowing the level of feasibility of the developed media. The instruments used were questionnaires, interview guides, and observation sheets. Most respondents (83.4%) think that the audio-visual learning media model containing traditional games for children's characters is categorized as a good learning audio-visual media and is suitable to support learning in PAUD in improving character competence in early childhood.

The research aims to identify budget leakage/waste that occurs in the District/City Government of North Sumatra Province, and implement a system model of budget leakage/waste. The main problem to be investigated is identifying indicators of budget leakage/wasting of the North Sumatran regency/municipal government budget which is seen from the size of the deficit in the APBD, the amount of regional expenditure carried out, namely direct spending and indirect spending. From these indicators, budget leakage will be identified and then a model for implementing the budget leakage/waste system will be made based on the theory of cost control, so that it can directly identify the budget that is suspected to be leaking/wasteful in its use. So that the government can continue to save on the use of the budget so that it does not harm the people and the state continuously. The analytical model used in identifying budget leakage/waste using the Panel Auto Regression Distribution Lag (ARDL) model and in implementing the budget leakage/wasting system model using the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model. ARDL which is used to find out the indicators of budget leakage/waste will then determine the cause of the leakage. Furthermore, by using the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model, it is possible to apply a budget leakage/wasting system model in the regencies/municipalities of the province of North Sumatra. So that it has a significant impact in minimizing leakage/waste of local government budget s.ARDL results can identify and determine the effect of budget leakage/waste that has a high chance of leading to acts of corruption or irregularities in implementing the APBD budget for both direct and indirect expenditures. Later it will be seen how the synchronization between the budget and the realization of the expenditure budget used by the district/city government of North Sumatra province in implementing the APBD for 1 year will be seen. From the results, it can be seen that what is used using the Auto Regression Distribution Lag Panel Model can be seen below. That the probability is 0.00 means that in this model there is no budget leakage that occurred in 5 regencies/cities of North Sumatra Province including the city of Medan, Kab. This study aims to design plant care by measuring temperature and Wemos D1-based water content using the LM35 temperature sensor, soil sensor moisture and monitored with the blynk application. The stages of development in this research includes planning, production, and evaluation. Plant care system by measuring temperature and water content is composed of electronic components, namely Wemos D1 as a controller system of all circuits, LM35 Temperature Sensor, and soil moisture sensor. By sticking probe on the ground. If the value produced by the sensor is small, it means that the soil is moist, and otherwise. Furthermore, the overall tool testing is carried out to find out whether the tool is running according to purpose. From the test results it has been measured that plant treatment with measuring temperature and water content based on Wemos D1 can detect soil moisture and temperature The air is then monitored using the blynk application.

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the financial performance of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2010-2019 period. These factors are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and using Return On Asset (ROA). as a proxy for financial performance. The data used in this study were obtained from the Banking Financial Statements contained in the Financial Services Authority. The population used in this study were 4 companies. Sample selection using saturated sampling technique, which uses the entire population as a sample. Data collection techniques using literature study and documentation method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the CAR and BOPO variables had a significant negative effect on ROA, NIM had a significant positive effect on ROA, while NPL and LDR had no significant effect on ROA. The value of the coefficient of determination, which shows the magnitude of the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, NIM on ROA is 98% while the remaining 2% is explained by other factors outside the research model.

The used of an electric motor which is an inductive load will cause reactive power which can reduce the value of the power factor. This can have an impact on increasing the electric power bills charged to users due to the kVar pinalty given by PT PLN (Persero) as a power supplier company. This paper aims to analyze the need for a capacitor bank to improve the power factor of the PT PIM water intake unit. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it is found that the value of the power factor (Cosφ1) at the Water Intake Unit of PT PIM for the last six months has an average value of 0.76 so that a reactive power compensator from a capacitor bank of 154 kVar is needed to achieve a power factor of 0.85.

Renewable Energy is New Renewable Energy which is currently being suggested for its use from both local and global governments. Apart from being used as primary energy for power generation, NRE is also being developed as energy that is used directly by the user sector. Solar Power Center (PLTS) is one form of Renewable Energy, namely an electric center that converts sunlight into electrical energy. PLTS is often also called Solar Cell or Solar Energy. The simple concept of converting sunlight into electrical energy makes PLTS more widely used than other renewable energies. Utilization of sunlight has begun to be widely used in various purposes, in this case the use of sunlight is planned as a power supply for the Shimizu PS-128 BIT Water Pump engine. Da'wah is very much needed in establishing religious harmony in Labuhan Batu Regency, the dynamics of preaching must also have an important role in the life of the nation and state, therefore religion cannot stand alone but there is cooperation with institutions as stakeholders, one of which is MUI, FKUB has a role in conveying communication messages that can prevent religious conflicts effectively. This research was conducted in Labuhanbatu aimed to determine the dynamics of da'wah in creating religious harmony in Labuhanbatu and aims to find out the obstacles faced and solutions in preventing conflict in Labuhanbatu. The research method used is qualitative or naturalistic research, because the focus of this research is on observation and naturalistic setting. The results of this study indicate that the dynamics of da'wah in creating religious harmony carry out several forms of communication such as group communication, which is held in various forms such as discussions, by holding trainings and seminars by inviting interfaith leaders with the aim of creating religious harmony and to prevent religious conflicts in Labuhanbatu Regency. In carrying out its activities, the dynamics of da'wah also have obstacles, including limited funds provided by the local government, not yet maximal communication between the management of religious organizations such as MUI, FKUB, and other social institutions.

In fact, there are still many people with disabilities who experience discrimination regarding the fulfillment of their rights to education, employment, public facilities, and equality before the law. Autism is a condition that affects a person from birth or during infancy, which makes him unable to form normal social relationships or communication. Inclusive education is an education system that provides opportunities for all children who have disabilities and have the potential for intelligence and/or special talents to participate in education or learning in an educational environment together with other students. Every human being has the right to education, including persons with disabilities. At the beginning of education for persons with disabilities, special schools appeared according to their disability classification, which were called segregated schools or segregated schools. As time goes by and seeing the rapid development of persons with disabilities, the education of persons with disabilities is also advancing. This study uses a survey method with a qualitative approach. Religious leaders have made many changes to the character of these people, one of which is by practicing dhikr through tariqat as a means of spiritual enlightenment. Dhikr is essentially remembering Allah and forgetting anything other than Allah when in dhikr. So the implication of such dhikr includes remembering, paying attention, and feeling that he is always being watched by God and even has a broad effect on the soul and consciousness which is then actualized in patterns of thought and behavior. It can be concluded that dhikr is the awareness of Muslims as creatures of Allah who are obliged to remember Him both verbally, heart and spirit as well as think Islamically and act according to Islamic Shari'ah, whether he is standing, sitting, lying or. This awareness becomes the "spirit" of every Muslim's actions.

The different types of the hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) are real competitors of the classical ICE driven cars. The controller of induction motor (IM) is designed based on input-output feedback linearization technique. It allows greater electrical generation capacity and the fuel economy and emissions benefits of hybrid electric automotive propulsion. Finally, a typical series hybrid electric vehicle is modelled and investigated. Control system integrated starter dc motor couple three phase induction motor for automotive applications. This research aims to prove the influence of investment decisions on the value of companies with capital structures as vaiabel intervening in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX. The data used is the annual report of each company, which is published through the website www.idnfinancials.com. The analytical method used in this study is the associative method. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 10 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX and data from 2014 – 2019. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions partially have no significant effect on the capital structure of Property and Real Companies. Estate listed on the IDX. Investment decisions partially have a significant effect on firm value in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX. Partial capital structure has no significant effect on firm value in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX. Investment decisions and capital structure simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX. Capital structure is not an intervening variable between investment decisions and firm value in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX.

Karo people are rural communities that have long relied on their economic point in agriculture. Rice plants for the Karo people are one of the important plants, which in addition to containing economic significance also have links to religious and social elements. In order for the results obtained to be quite satisfactory, all planting processes from beginning to end must be rewarded and thanked in the hope of achieving good results, which will later be carried out in the form of a guro-guro aron party. The Karo people are people who uphold the customs passed down from generation to generation from their ancestors. Social life which is full of mutual aid values and social values as a philosophy of life for the Karo tribal community is reflected in the Guro-guro aron Year Work ceremony. The karo agricultural world uses the term aron for those who work together or are employed in agricultural activities in fields, gardens or rice fields. Aron is a strong cooperative bond of mutual cooperation between the Karo people to work on agricultural land. Aron has become a system that constructs relationships within the farming community, resulting in a pattern of cooperation with certain rules and values that bind each other to fellow Karo farmers in a mutual agreement. The agreement resulted in the rights and obligations of each of them on the participants of the aron. Aron then developed as a model of cooperation that had variations in cooperation arrangements. For karo people who live in rural areas and rely on livelihoods as farmers with large areas of land, it is impossible to solve their own agricultural problems without the help of the surrounding communities. It is by working together and cooperating in the aro¬n system that severe problems can be solved by cooperating. This study aims to determine how the effect of accounting profit and cash flow on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses secondary data obtained through the company's financial statements. The sample selection method in this study used purposive sampling, the sample in this study was 13 companies. Data analysis used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using multiple linear regression methods. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that partially showed that the cash flow variable had a significant effect on stock returns. While the accounting profit variable has no significant effect on stock returns.

This study analyzes the practice of distributing Islamic philanthropic funds carried out by the IZI representative office and Dompet Duafa, Medan City. This study aims to determine the alignment of the implementation of the Islamic philanthropic fund distribution program carried out by the IZI representative office and Dompet Duafa Medan City with seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The research method used is a comparative qualitative model where researchers will compare the islamic philanthropy fund distribution program with the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The results of this study show that the implementation of the distribution of Islamic philanthropic funds carried out by IZI and Dompet Duafa Medan City is in line with eight sustainable development goals (SDGs), namely No Poverty; No Hunger; Healthy and Prosperous Living; Quality of education; Clean Water and Proper Sanitation; Decent Jobs and Economic Growth; Reducing Inequality; Partnerships to Achieve Goals.

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of the suitability of compensation, law enforcement and organizational commitment to fraud in the government sector. This research was conducted at the Binjai City Regional Work Unit (SKPD). This study uses a quantitative associative research type. The data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The basis for sampling in this study using purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 employees. The results of this study indicate that the suitability of compensation has a significant positive effect on fraud in the government sector. Law enforcement has a significant positive effect on fraud in the government sector. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on fraud in the government sector. OPTIMALISASI PARTISIPASI ORANG TUA MELALUI KEGIATAN PARENTING DI DESA LAU GUMBA KECAMATAN BERASTAGI KABUPATEN KARO

This study discusses optimizing parental participation in parenting programs. This research is motivated by precise findings that reveal that the current parenting program has not been running according to its normal goals. This is evidenced by the absence of parental interest in participating in parenting programs held at educational institutions. The reason is the result of busy work, individual problems that cannot be left behind, etc. Therefore, this research is directed to describe and describe how the efforts of the city of Lau Gumba in achieving increased parental cooperation in the parenting program. The purpose of this study is to collect information and data regarding: (1) the techniques used by the program coordinator to increase parental support in the parenting program, (2) the types of programs carried out by the program coordinator to increase parental cooperation in the parenting program, (3) the results obtained by increasing parental interest in parenting programs. Theories or concepts used in this study include the theory of importance and the theory of participation. This research was conducted in Lau Gumba Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency, through three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and details of examination results. This study uses an interesting technique with a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The test subjects used as a source of information were six people, PAUD Kober supervisors and 5 guardians. Information collection strategies used are observation and interviews. The final point is that in coordinating important programs that can promote parental cooperation, it is important to focus on the methodologies and techniques used, and the results obtained by both the organization and the parents. PERAN PERMAINAN EDUKATIF DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ANAK USIA DINI DI PAUD UMMUL HABIBAH KELAMBIR V MEDAN

Anak usia dini merupakan masa keemasan karena anak mengalami pertumbuhan fisik dan non fisik yang cepat, yang menentukan sikap dan ciri masa depan mereka. PAUD memiliki permainan edukatif. Tanpa permainan ini, anak-anak akan bosan saat belajar. Jadi instruktur dan orang tua harus memilih permainan belajar yang sempurna untuk anak-anak. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang pentingnya permainan edukatif dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini di PAUD Ummul Habibah, Desa Kelambir V, Medan, dan jenis-jenis permainan yang dapat digunakan. Penelitian kualitatif ini bersifat deskriptif. PAUD Ummul Habibah Desa Kelambir V Medan memiliki 5 pengajar. Jumlah populasi yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 5 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif persentase. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa alat permainan edukatif seperti lego, jungkat-jungkit, menara lingkaran, menara geometri, origami, bola karet, buku cerita bergambar, congklak, perosotan, ayunan, jembatan goyang, bola dunia, kereta puta, dan kereta ayun di PAUD Ummul Habibah Desa Kelambir V Medan dapat membantu anak-anak belajar. Pengajar PAUD Ummul Habibah di Desa Kelambir V Medan mengatakan, permainan edukatif sangat membantu untuk pembelajaran. Indikasi keterampilan motorik menunjukkan hal ini. PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL PADA MASYARAKAT DESA LAU GUMBA KECAMATAN BERAS TAGI KABUPATEN KARO

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh derasnya arus globalisasi, modernisasi dan ketatnya puritanisme yang dapat mengakibatkan terkikisnya rasa kecintaan terhadap kebudayaan lokal serta meningkatnya kasus kriminalitas, narkoba dan konflik berbangsa dan agama. Pembentukan karakter merupakan salah satu tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan nasional. Pada Pasal 1, Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, dinyatakan bahwa di antara tujuan pendidikan nasional adalah mengembangkan potensi peserta didik untuk memiliki kecerdasan, kepribadian dan akhlak mulia. Proses pendidikan dalam pengembangan dan sosialisasi budaya dapat terbentuk melalui proses pendidikan baik ditingkat formal, non-formal ataupun informal. Dengan kata lain pendidikan terjadi dimasyarakat, sekolah dan keluarga. Amanah undang-undang tersebut bermaksud agar pendidikan tidak hanya membentuk insan Indonesia yang cerdas, namun juga berkepribadian atau berkarakter, sehingga nantinya akan lahir generasi bangsa yang tumbuh berkembang dengan karakter yang bernafas nilainilai kearifan lokal bangsa serta agama. Dari latar belakang tersebut memberikan dorongan kepada peneliti untuk melakukan eksplorasi guna mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam berbasis budaya lokal di Masyarakat Desa Lau Gumba Kecamatan Berastagi Kabupaten Karo.
