THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP ON PERFORMANCE OF THE EMPLOYEES AT THE LABOR OFFICE OF NORTH SUMATRA PROVINCE

This research aims to determine the Effect of Work Conflicts on Employee Performance at Labor Office of North Sumatera Province. The data analysis techniques used are regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination while tha data processed using SPSS (Statistical package for the Social Sciens) in version 16.0 for windows. The results of the study obtained showed that leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the proven t value with a probability of sig 0.000, smaller than α = 0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination measured using R square is 0.240 (24.0%).

THE IMPACT OF JOB PLACEMENT ON WORK EFFECTIVENESS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AT THE REGIONAL OFFICE MINISTRY OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS OF NORTH SUMATRA

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of job placement on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry Religion Affairs of North Sumatra. This research used quantitative data processed with SPSS 24.0 used are regression analysis, The number of samples taken as many as 73 respondents calculated by the Slovin formula. The results showed that job placement, partially had a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of civil servants in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra.

THE INFLUENCE OF ACCOUNTING INFORMATION AND LEADERSHIP OF YOUNG MSMEs ON BUSINESS SUCCESS

This study examines whether accounting information variables and leadership variables can affect the success rate of a business. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, data normality test, heterochedasticity test, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), test and determination test. The results of the study stated that the variables of accounting and leadership information had a significant effect on the business success rate of young MSMEs in Kota Pari Pantai Cermin. The results showed that accounting and leadership information simultaneously had a significant effect on business success with a calculated F value of 1026,250 > a table F value of 3.24. Partial tests also showed that accounting and leadership information respectively had a positive and significant effect on the success of the business, where the value of t count the calculated variable of the accounting information is 2.623 and the t count of the leadership variable is 45.304 where each is greater than the value of t of the table of 2.02. The Adjusted R Square value obtained from the test results of the Coefficient of Determinants (R2) on business success of 0.981 explained that 98.1% of business success can be explained by accounting and leadership information as independent variables. While the remaining 1.9% was explained by other variables that were not studied in this study

The decision support system is one way to assist in making decisions based on calculation methods. Decisions often become a confusing obstacle because they have several considerations to make a decision. Several methods can be used to support a decision. The SAW method is a method that has results that can support decisions based on the weights and criteria of each alternative. Student ranking is always an achievement of the learning outcomes that have been carried out, so it requires appropriate validation or calculations and can be used as a ranking decision. In this case, identification was carried out using the SAW method to determine student rankings based on the academic scores obtained. Analysis and observation of constraints and ranking processes to support the calculation process. The results of this research indicate that the SAW method can be used in determining student rankings and can be applied to student assessment and ranking applications.

DETERMINATION OF FINANCIAL LITERACY THROUGH FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE AND FINANCIAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF UMKM BUSINESSES IN PARI CITY VILLAGE, PANTAI CERMIN DISTRICT, SERDANG BEDAGAI REGENCY

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial literacy through financial knowledge and financial attitude on the financial management of UMKM in Pari City Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The benefits of this research for the community of UMKM actors are expected to increase scientific knowledge in the field of financial management, especially managing UMKM finances. This research is an associative study with a total sample of 30 UMKM actors. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely by conducting interviews and questionnaires using the likert measurement scale. The data analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously the variables of financial knowledge and financial attitude have a positive and significant effect on financial management. The percentage of influence of these variables is 70.9%.

THE INFLUENCE OF LIQUID ORGANIC FERTILIZER COCONUT WATER AND CHICKEN MANURE ON COCOA (Theobroma cacao L.) PLANT GROWTH

Research on the effect of giving Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) coconut water and chicken manure on the growth of cocoa (Theobroma cacao L) was carried out from February to July 2022. This study was conducted to determine the effect of giving chicken manure fertilizer and giving coconut water LOF to the growth of cocoa plants and their interactions. This study used a Split Plot Design consisting of 2 treatment factors with 6 combinations and 4 replications so that 24 plots were obtained with a total of 120 research plants. The main plot (main plot) is the provision of chicken manure with the symbol "A" consisting of A0 = No Treatment (Control) and A1 = 200 grams/polybag. The sub plot (child plot) is the provision of coconut water LOF which is given the symbol "K" consisting of K0 = No treatment (control), K1 = 100 ml/polybag and K2 = 200 ml/polybag. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf width (cm), leaf length (cm), dry weight (grams) and also base weight (grams). The results showed the effect of chicken manure on the growth of cocoa plants on plant height (cm), number of leaves, leaf width (cm), leaf length (cm), plant dry weight (grams), and plant wet weight in all parameters observed. showed no significant effect where the best treatment was obtained at A1 (200 grams/polybag). LOF administration of coconut water on the growth of cocoa plants on plant height (cm), number of leaves, leaf width (cm), leaf length (cm), plant dry weight (grams), and plant wet weight in all parameters observed showed no significant effect. There was no interaction between chicken manure fertilizer and coconut water LOF on the observed parameters.

MOBILE RESPONSIVE USER INTERFACE DESIGN IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS DATA GROUPING RESIDENTS OF KLAMBIR LIMA KEBUN

Kelurahan is the division of administrative regions in Indonesia under sub-districts. The sub-district is led by a lurah with the status of a Civil Servant. Kelurahan Pahlawan is a government agency that handles all population data. To be able to improve the grouping of citizen data and its reports to a higher agency, namely the district, steps are needed to develop a data grouping information system. The information system for grouping data on the residents of the village of Klambir Lima Kebun is a system that was built based on a user interface design with a responsive mobile system that was tested based on usability with the human centered design method. Human centered design is an approach method in the development and design of a user-focused system according to aspects of the needs and habits of the user. In the village of Klambir Lima Kebun, all information about the population has not been worked out optimally and there is no program to support work in the office. Office employees have difficulty grouping population data, still using the manual method or still in paper form. With the design of this system, it can help village officials in carrying out the process of grouping citizen data and speeding up service to the community as well as providing more effective and accurate information.

Generation Z children who are familiar with the convenience of technology but tend to be individualistic individuals require a balance between knowledge and skills as the basis of quality human resources in the times. Honing language politeness skills through self-habituation based on knowledge is a must. Language politeness among generation Z students tends to decrease in politeness compared to ancient times. This can be seen in the expressions or writings in voicing their opinions and feelings through social media. We often hear, read, and witness the habits of today's students who lightly utter harsh words, hate speech and sometimes also accompanied by a condiment between friends which is sad to hear. This phenomenon shows a decrease in language politeness which is not only related to the choice of words or sentences but also related to global social customs and information that has an influence on culture, especially with regard to politeness values. In the end, they have linguistic rules that are considered prestigious, regardless of the actual language rules. The object of this research is the students of SMKN 7 Medan. The data collection method in this research is the interview and documentation method. The results of this study are the formation of multimedia-based learning containing language politeness learning content about how to respect and appreciate, tell the truth, give praise, give greetings and greetings, make comments, give sympathy, apologize, use non-verbal language, all of this is presented. in the form of animation so that SMKN 7 students will be more interested in the process of learning language politeness.

Children are more at risk of becoming victims of crimes in cyberspace, one of which is the crime of pornography. The spread of Cyberporn over the internet is said to be cheaper, easier, and safer from raids, compared to pornographic content through print media and other film industries that are prone to raids. This convenience allows anyone to access it anytime, anywhere and without anyone knowing, including early childhood. Parents have the task of supervising or controlling (parental control) of internet use for their children, especially during the previous pandemic, children have familiarized their use of the internet with learning needs and so on. This study aims at the extent of understanding parents and schools in knowing the negative impacts of pornography exposure and knowing how to eradicate how to block, deter, and eradicate cyberporn through the use of Add Ons.

ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITY OF LAMB MEAT USING BATAK’S ONION EXTRACT (Allium chinense G. Don) FOR RENDANG

This study aims to determine the quality of lamb meat which will be processed into rendang by assessing the organoleptic meat soaked in 10% Batak onion extract (A. chinense G. Don). The samples used in this study were Batak onion (A. chinense G. Don) and lamb meat. Lamb meat is marinated in 10% Batak onion extract at room temperature. This research was conducted by observing lamb meat and analyzed descriptively. Parameters observed were lamb meat organoleptic. The results of the research conducted showed that soaking lamb meat in 10% Batak onion extract gave the color of the meat still looking fresh with a slightly brownish effect, the aroma smelled of Batak onions and the texture was still chewy. Based on the results of this study, lamb meat soaked in 10% Batak Onion extract (A. chinense G. Don.) is suitable for use in making rendang.

ANALYSIS OF ACTORS AND ACTIVITIES IN VALUE CHAIN BUSINESS SHEEP FAULTING

This condition will eventually encourage to create a maximum profit margin. For the government, the results of this study are expected to be useful for the local government to be used as a reference in an effort to increase the competitiveness of sheep breeders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the actors involved and activities in the value chain of the sheep fattening business in the study area. This data collection technique is considered appropriate to investigate the value chain of the sheep fattening industry. The data analysis used in this study is in the form of qualitative and quantitative data analysis, with data analysis methods with value chain mapping. The results showed that the actors involved were sheep breeders, sheep processors, traders and consumers. The activities carried out by the actors/actors involved in the sheep commodity value chain have a mutually coordinating relationship and require one another. Therefore, value chain activities in the value chain commodity business do not only involve the main activity, but there are supporting activities that are involved either directly or indirectly. The actors involved include providers of production inputs, cultivators, fish processors, collector traders, consumer retailers and agencies/institutions related to the sheep commodity business in North Sumatra.

ETHNOBOTANY OF MEDICAL PLANTS IN THE COMMUNITIES AROUND THE GUNUNG LEUSER NATIONAL PARK RESORT CINTA RAJA, SUMATERA UTARA PROVINCE

The ethnobotany research on medicinal plants around Gunung Leuser National Park aims to determine the types of medicinal plants commonly used by the community around the TNGL area of the Cinta Raja resort and to determine the types of medicinal plants originating from the GLNP area. This study used a survey method by choosing one key person. The method used to collect plant species in Kawan TNGL is the cruising method and determining the location of the meeting point of medicinal plants. Data analysis using descriptive method. The study found 54 types of plants used as traditional medicine by the community around the TNGL Resort Cinta Raja area. The most widely used medicinal plant species were from the Zingiberaceae group, with as many as 10 species. The most common types of medicinal plants taken from forest areas are yellow roots.

COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR IN PRESERVING MANGROVE FOREST DEVELOPMENT IN PARI CITY VILLAGE, PANTAI CERMIN DISTRICT, SERDANG BEDAGAI REGENCY

Mangrove is a type of ecosystem typical of those found along the coast that are affected by tides. Mangroves grow on sheltered beaches or flat beaches, usually along the wind-sheltered side of the island or behind coral reefs off protected shores. The community around mangroves in Pari City Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency has long been utilizing the various mangrove potentials around the community. In general, people use mangroves for their economic potential income. The utilization is generally in the form of looking for firewood from mangrove forests, ponds, food from mangroves and tourism. Mangroves are also the main ecosystem supporting important life in coastal and marine areas. In addition to having an ecological function as a nutrient provider for aquatic biota, spawning and caring places for various kinds of biota, coastal abrasion resistance, the risk of typhoons and tsunamis, waste absorbers, and preventing seawater interusion. Due to the high damage to the mangrove area in the Pari City Village area, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, it can cause several problems, including reducing the productivity of natural resource ecosystems biologically, increasing pollution and the most disadvantaged are the people around the coastal suburbs who have a source of income from fishermen Where their livelihoods are declining due to fish caught already scarce.

THE GOOD EFFECT OF MSMEs ON POVERTY REDUCTION IN INDONESIA

The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of MSMEs in reducing poverty in Indonesia. Where there are two dependent variables, namely GDP and Poverty and there are five independent variables, namely the number of MSMEs, investment, population, unemployment, and exports. This study uses secondary data or time series, namely data from 2004 to 2018. The data analysis model in this study uses the 2SLS Simultaneous Regression method. There is one variable for simultaneous results that shows an effect on GDP, namely investment has a positive and significant effect on poverty. For the effect on poverty, there is one variable for simultaneous results which shows the effect on poverty, namely unemployment has a positive and significant effect on poverty.

PLTS (Solar Power Plant) is a power plant that utilizes solar energy using the main tool, namely solar modules. Solar modules are devices that can convert solar energy into electrical energy, this process is called the photovoltaic effect. PLTS can be installed in buildings, apartments, houses, factories and vacant land. The purpose of installing PLTS is to reduce electricity consumption from the network to reduce monthly electricity bills. PLTS On-Grid is a PLTS configuration system that is connected to the network with the KWh EXIM tool which functions to send excess electricity generated by PLTS to the network. In general, On-Grid PLTS is installed on the roof of the house. This aims to save land and no objects that will block the solar modules. There are many requirements for installing PLTS on the roof of a house such as the location of the area, the direction of the roof of the house, the roof area where the solar module will be installed, and the tilt of the solar module. These conditions serve to optimize the performance of solar modules. Panca Budi Development University is one of the universities that implements the use of green energy, various efforts have been made to realize the green energy program, one of the innovations that needs to be done is the use of PLTS as a substitute for generating sources. IMPLEMENTATION OF A RESTORATIVE APPROACH IN CHILD CRIMINAL RESCUE IN JUSTICE

This research is a research with a qualitative approach. Data collection through field research and library research with a total sample of 30 people who have UMKM products and have been running for 1 year. The data analysis technique of this study uses simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study show that there is an influence between digital marketing on the marketing performance of UMKM. The use of online facilities in terms of marketing, promotions and transactions will increase sales volume and have a positive impact on the income of these people.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF 20WP SOLAR PANEL AS A SOURCE OF ENERGY IN AUTOMATIC SINK

This encourages the emergence of various calls to reduce and limit the use of fossil energy and replace it with Renewable Energy. Solar energy is a source of energy that is widely available in nature and is relatively easy to use. Many innovations are made by utilizing sunlight, one of the innovations is by utilizing sunlight as an energy source in an automatic sink. With a 20 Wp solar panel, it can generate electricity of 150.66 Wh/day. This amount can supply an automatic sink which requires 81.18 Wh/day of energy. By carrying out a simple design and calculations and tests in order to obtain an innovation in the use of Renewable Energy.

Therefore, special attention is needed from the government to protect and provide assistance to victims of violence. From this background, it can be stated that the problem is howways or things that can anticipate the occurrence of violence. The purpose of this research is to find outways that can anticipate the occurrence of domestic violence (domestic violence). This research uses descriptive analytical research method, the approach used is normative juridical. The approach method used in this research is the statutory approach.

LEGAL EFFORT AGAINST CHILDREN AS VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (KDRT)

The formulation of the problem is how to take legal action against children as victims of Domestic Violence (KDRT). Efforts to protect children must be carried out as early as possible, so that in the future children can participate optimally and can socialize in the surrounding environment and also as heirs and continuation of the future of a nation and state. Efforts to protect children need to be implemented firmly. Article 1 paragraph (2) of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.The purpose of this research is to find outlegal protection for children as victims (Domestic Violence (KDRT) and legal remedies against children as victims of Domestic Violence (KDRT).This research uses descriptive analytical research method, the approach used is normative juridical. STUDY OF THE POTENTIAL OF NEW RENEWABLE ENERGY GENERATION (HIBRYD SOLAR AND WIND) AS AN ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCE

Indonesia is a country with a tropical climate where getting sunlight all year round is a gift that must be optimized, and wind energy that always blows which is emission-free and free. The development of these two renewable energies answers the energy problem that depends on fossil energy which causes environmental damage. Utilization of the season is very helpful in producing a combination of wind and solar energy, this combination is called hybrid power, these two energy sources aim to complement each other in optimizing the electrical energy produced. This hybrid power plant has been tested and obtained some data, namely a wind speed of 3.9 m/s can produce an output voltage on the vertical axis wind turbine of 3.20 Volts. The highest measured light intensity is 110, 094 W/m² which produces an input power of 74,907 Watt Pin, output power of 11,484 Watt Pout, with an efficiency of 15% on the solar module. Charging the battery from the initial condition of the 12.9 V/100 Ah battery to fully charged 13.64 V/100 Ah takes 25 hours with an average hourly VAWT energy of 28.61 W, and an average hourly energy of 32 solar modules. 66 Wp. And optimizing the performance of the hybrid generator system can operate for 5 hours with a load of 104 watts.

The method used in this study used exploratory research and descriptive research. This research was conducted in the Deli Serdang Regency area with limitations on areas that experienced land conversion changes. The results of the study are education and income have a significant positive effect on land conversion, land conversion has a negative effect on regional development, education and income have a positive effect on regional development through land conversion.

With this, the SPP payment process has not run optimally. For this reason, it is necessary to have an SPP bill payment application to make it easier to make payments digitally. The system is designed using the PHP programming language and using the MySQL server database. The purpose of the system is to make it easier to archive spp bill payment data. It is hoped that the application will maximize admin work so that the target of delivering information and work can run more efficiently and effectively.

Narcotics abuse can cause physical damage, mental, emotional and attitudes in society. Various indications indicate that the crime of narcotics is an extraordinary crime is a crime that has a large and multidimensional impact on life. In this scientific journal, the author raises the problem of how the concept of criminal law policy in the prevention of crime and how the criminal law policy on the regulation of narcotics crime in Indonesia. In general, this journal is written with the aim that the younger generation and all citizens of Indonesia know what are the policies of criminal law in handling narcotics cases. This paper is made with normative legal research methods based on Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics, law books, journals, and views of jurists relating to the material under study. Once analyzed The concept of criminal law policy includes criminal policy, criminal law policy and non-penal policy (penal). DOSAGE TEST OF RHIZOBIUM AND MULTI-ORGANIC KOHEN FERTILIZER ON GROWTH AND PRODUCTION SOYBEAN (Glycine max L)

The study aimed to determine the dose of Rhizobium and Kohen multi-organic fertilizer on the Growth and Production of Soybean (Glycine max L). The research method used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors with 16 treatment combinations and 2 blocks. which is the first factor in the administration of rhizobium (R) doses consisting of 4 levels, namely R0 = No Treatment, R1 = 5 g/kg seeds, R2 = 10 g/kg seeds, and R3 = 15 g/kg seeds. The second factor was the multi-organic kohen (S) fertilizer treatment consisting of 4 levels, namely S0 = No Treatment, S1 = 0.5 kg/plot, S2 = 1,5 kg/plot, and S3 = 2,5 kg/plot. The research parameters were plant height, number of productive branches, number of pods per sample, dry weight of seeds per plot, and dry weight of grain per sample.The results showed that treatment with rhizobium dose affected the parameters of dry weight of seeds per plot, but did not affect the parameters of plant height, number of productive branches, number of filled pods, dry weight of seeds per sample.The multiorganic kohen fertilizer treatment had an effect on the dry weight of seeds per plot, and dry weight of seeds per sample, but had no effect on the parameters of plant height, number of productive branches.The interaction of the dose of rhizobium and multi-organic kohen fertilizer did not affect all the observed parameters.

This study aims to describe the level of understanding of respondents (MSME business) on financial reports to predict business continuity. The research was conducted in Village 10, Pari City, Pantai Cermin, Serdang Bedagai. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews. The results of the study revealed that the level of understanding of the respondents was at the first level, namely knowing. Respondents do not understand or have the ability to explore the process of preparing financial statements. However, at the point of understanding the financial statement accounts, the respondents knew and were able to provide an overview of some of these accounts.

The fulfillment of the right to work and a decent living for Indonesian citizens is the responsibility of the state. The state is obliged to provide employment for every citizen as a means for the community to meet their needs through the work they are engaged in. Likewise, the state is obliged to realize the fulfillment of life needs that are appropriate and appropriate for the community for social welfare. The manifestation of the Government's responsibility is also related to industrial relations, where labor is an important factor in employment relations whose position is often neglected. The method used in this research is normative juridical which examines laws and regulations. As a welfare state, the Indonesian government has a function to carry out national development so that the state is also responsible for protecting and realizing the welfare of all its people. Likewise in industrial relations, the welfare of society, in this case workers, needs to be protected. Primarily through legal instruments, namely Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment in industrial relations facilities. The means of industrial relations serve as a guide in regulating the rights and obligations of the parties in industrial relations. The existence of arrangements on the rights and obligations of the parties is the main key to the realization of harmonious industrial relations. More than that, the ultimate goal is the fulfillment of a decent job and life for every worker/laborer.

This study aims to find out how the development of village apparatus performance in realizing service improvement for the community in Pari City Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The Head of Desa and all Village Officials in completing their duties, increasingly required hard work and optimal ability to facilitate the implementation of Pemerintahan tasks. The type of research that the author uses is qualitative descriptive research and explanatory surveys using case study strategies. Data collection techniques used in this study include Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results of this study concluded that there are efforts to improve the performance of the Pari City Village Apparatus in the implementation of government administrative tasks, especially the administration of Village Government needed by all people of Pari City Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency.

THE IMPACT OF INTEREST EXPENSES AND INTEREST INCOME ON THE NET PROFIT OF SOE BANKS LISTED ON THE IDX 2021

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how interest income and interest expenses affect net income from 2012 to 2020. The financial statements of Concise Profit and Loss for the years 2012 to 2020 were used as data sources for the quantitative research method. The data normality test and Pearson Product correlation analysis are utilized in the method of data analysis. Moment, the determination coefficient, and the analysis of multiple linear regression. Knowing the effect that Interest Income and Interest Expense have on Net Profit indicates, based on the findings of the data analysis, that the data are normally distributed, that the closeness of the relationship is 0.494 strong category, and that the influence is in the positive direction. Net Profit is affected by interest income and interest expenses by 85.4%, and other variables affect the remaining 14.4%. It is known that significant 0.000 0.05 and t count (6.088) are greater than t table (2.034). At state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, this indicates that interest income has a positive effect on net income, with significant 0.023 0.05 and t count (-2.382) greater than t table (2.034). This indicates that state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's net income is partially impacted by interest expense. Additionally, the F count is known to be 103.149 F table 3.28, with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. At state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, this demonstrates that all independent variables, specifically interest income and interest expense, have a significant impact on net income simultaneously.

Where almost half of the area is affected by sea tides, Hero Village has a tropical climate with two seasons namely the rainy season and the dry season. The people who live in Pahlawan Village, Tanjung Tiram District. There are so many obstacles faced by the people of Pahlawan Village, including the problem of flooding which has an impact on the health and the economy of the community. Lack of counseling and knowledge, as well as public awareness of the occurrence of flooding during high tides, and when the rainy season will increase the water discharge at sea level will rise so that it can cause flooding. Due to the occurrence of floods, and the impact of losses that affect material and non-material, it is very important to map flood-prone areas for regional development planning. Identification of potential floods involves machine learning using the Random Forest method, taking into account the factors that trigger floods. The Random Forest method also provides sensitivity parameters using the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve which shows flood-prone areas such as Pahlawan Village, Tanjung Tiram District.

The object of this study is the people of Pari City Village, Pantai Cermin District, Bedagai Regency. This research is a descriptive study presented in the form of tabulations and tables. The sample in this study was 30 respondents. The results of the study stated that the public's understanding of the location, access to information, products, profits and investment risks contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange is still very low. It is necessary to socialize, educate and promote the benefits of making investments. If people understand the importance of investing, this will help the community in financial planning in the future. Historic buildings are icons that reflect the nation's history. Bung Karno's Guesthouse is one of the Dutch colonial heritage buildings which became Bung Karno's hiding place during the Dutch colonial period. The building, which is located in Laugumba village, Berastagi city, Tanah Karo district, has become one of the icons of colonial history in North Sumatra province. The layout of the location of the building in the tourist area makes the hidden building one of the historical tourism icons. The basic problem that occurs in the building and raised in this study is the age of the building which is very old and not maintained has the potential for damage to the building. The condition of the building was not maintained and left alone so that many of the building ornaments were damaged. The pattern of conservation of historic buildings that are less effective has an impact on the destruction of the nation's historical values, this also has an impact on decreasing the number of tourists visiting these places. Another problem that occurred in the Bung Karno Guesthouse building was that the application of the electrical installation system under review did not meet the standardization of the General Electrical Installation Regulations, which should be an important part of the safety and conservation of buildings, especially historic buildings. This rationale is supported by the condition of the building that was damaged, and the existing condition of the electrical installation system which still uses the Dutch colonial era installation system that is more than 80 years old which is one of the indicators so that this research is very important to carry out.

THE EFFECT OF CHICKEN MANURE AND COW URINE ON THE GROWTH AND PRODUCTION OF RED CHILI (Capsicum annum L)

The effect of giving chicken manure and cow urine to the growth and production of red chili (Capsicum annum L). This experiment used a factorial randomized block design (RAK), which consisted of 2 treatment factors with 16 combinations and 2 replications. The factors studied were the provision of chicken manure (R) consisting of 4 levels, namely R0 = 0 kg/m², R1 = 1 kg/m², R2 = 2 kg/m²and R3 = 3 kg/m²and the provision of cow urine (S) consists of 4 levels, namely S0 = 0 ml/1000 ml of water/m², S1 = 100 ml/900 ml of water/m², S2 = 200 ml/800 ml of water/m²and S3 = 300 ml/700 ml of water/m². The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of branches (branches), number of flowers (flowers), production per sample (g), production per plot (g) and production per hectare (kg). The results showed that the application of chicken manure and cow urine had an effect on the parameters of plant height (cm), number of branches (branches), number of flowers (flowers), production per sample (g), production per plot (g) and production per hectare. Students, lecturers and the community need a service or facility to make it easier to submit questions and complaints related to academic and non-academic violations which of course hope to get answers directly from those who are experts in their fields. So far, The client application (Mobile Flutter) sends a request in HTTP Request Header format and the backend application (Web CodeIgniter) sends a response in JSON format, which then this JSON formatted data will be decoded and consumed by the mobile application. In sending requests, the mobile application also sends a token that is generated using the JWT (JSON Web Token) library which functions as an identification of the validity of the request sent. Without tokens, any system can send data and requests to our backend applications and that is very dangerous. For this reason, the token is generated when the user logs in at the start of the application. The token contains user data which is encrypted with a certain algorithm.

Early childhood marriage occurs mainly in rural communities. Early childhood marriage is actually not allowed under the Marriage Law. Article 7 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law states, "Marriage is only permitted if the male side has reached the age of 19 years and the female party has reached the age of 16 years". In Islam, there are expressly no rules that determine the age limit of marriage, based on Islamic law, basically all age levels can perform marital ties. In Islam the condition of marriage is 'aqil and baligh which do not look at the age limit. Early marriage will have an impact on married couples and their children marriage at a young age will also have an impact on each of their families. If the marriage between their children is smooth, it will certainly benefit their parents. But if on the contrary their household situation is unhappy and the end that happens is divorce. This will result in an increase in their cost of living and at worst it will break the familial cord between, the two parties.

DESIGN MANUFACTURE A GRAIN DRYING MACHINE BASED ON PLTA

Particularly in the Village of Pool, Percut Sei Tuan District, rice is one of the agricultural products, where the current season is uncertain which results in problems in drying rice/grain, although currently there are grain dryers with the help of heating from the combustion process which can cause air pollution. , and even then the tool is still rarely owned by the farmers. Therefore researchers want to design a grain dryer that can be used at any time, with the drying process using the conversion of electrical energy into heat as a producer of hot air and a more automatic tool using a hydroelectric power source as a source of electricity. This PLTA-based grain dryer is controlled using a microcontroller with a diameter of 50 cm as a drying tube, and an air heater as a hot air generator. The grain in the drying tube will be stirred during the drying process with a vane-shaped stirrer, so that the grain can be evenly distributed during drying. The capacity of the tool is 1 – 3 kg, the drying time and also the drying temperature can be adjusted as needed. If the drying time setting has been met, the grain output door will open automatically with the help of a sliding door driven by a dc motor. In the tool tests that have been carried out, the tool is able to reduce the average grain moisture content by up to 3.5% per hour, at a heating temperature setting of 40˚C - 50˚C and a capacity of 1 – 3 Kg. For the use of electric power in drying at this temperature is ± 0.25 KWh every 1 hour.

This research was conducted in Pari City Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study was 30 respondents who were residents of Pari City Village. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the variables of HR Training and Development had a positive and significant effect on Community Performance. The varied contribution of training and human resource development to community performance was 45.5%.

The data used are primary data (derived from interviews with key informants), and secondary data (derived from interviews with additional informants, books, financial documents, and some literature). Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and are supported with the help of the NVivo 12 Plus application. The results of this study are that the value of trust is seen or interpreted as a form of effort to maintain commitment. The commitment in question is that campus financial management starting from planning, management to reporting must refer to the book of financial systems and procedures that have been regulated and published by the Al Washliyah organization. One of the applications of the value of trust in financial accountability is that each income is used in accordance with its designation, STIE Al Washliyah Sibolga guarantees that any income or income will not be used unless it is in accordance with its designation and must be reported and can be accounted.

The purpose of the study was to find out about the implementation of classroom management in Al Farabi Islamic Kindergarten in the management of classroom management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interview, observation, and documentation instruments, while the data analysis uses data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing data. The results show that Al Farabi Integrated Islamic Kindergarten has paid attention to classroom management which includes structuring infrastructure according to learning activities, designing classes, getting sunlight into the classroom, providing trash cans in the classroom, a place to play and learn in the classroom. classrooms, colorful tables and chairs, adding accessories to the classroom, by paying attention to this, the process and learning objectives will go according to plan, because the teacher can create an effective and fun learning atmosphere, because good class management is a class that can optimize early childhood development. This research is expected to contribute to creating good classroom management in Integrated Islamic Kindergartens of its kind.

DEVELOPING OF INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA FOR THE LEARNING OF OLD LITERATURE READING BASED ON RESEPTION THEORY FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia for the learning of old literature reading based on reception theory that acceptable as a learning media or high school students.This study is Research and Development (R & D) research by using Borg & Gall model. This study has been modified into six research steps namely, preliminary stage, product planning, product development, validation test, product revision, and product trial. The subjects consisted of 3 students for one-to-one trials, 6 students for small group trials, and 25 students for large group trials. The result of the research shows that (1) the interactive multimedia of reading old literature reading based on reception theory for junior high school students is categorized as "good" according to expert opinion, and "excellent" category based on media expert, teacher response, small group trials, and large group trials. (2) interactive multimedia learning reading of old literature based on reception theory for junior high school students is suitable for learning media.

This study aims to determine how much influence compensation and service capability together have on customer satisfaction at PT. Bukopin Bank Medan Branch.The population in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Bukopin Branch Medan based on data as of June 2013 as many as 134 people. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation and literature study.Because the calculated F value (0.516) is smaller than F table (3.16), the hypothesis H0 is accepted and the hypothesis H1 is rejected. This shows that statistically the compensation factor and service ability have no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Bukopin Medan Branch.To find out what customers want, PT. Bank Bukopin Medan Branch conducted a customer satisfaction survey , so that it can be seen the degree of customer satisfaction and where the customer dissatisfaction is, this can be an evaluation for Bank Bukopin itself in order to further improve its services

AN EFFECT OF PARENT’S SUPPORT ON SUCCESS OF GIVING TREATMENT AUTISM THERAPY

Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder that thoroughly interferes with cognitive, emotional and psychomotor functions. Therefore it can also be said as a neurobiological disorder accompanied by several problems, such as autoimmunity, digestive disorders, sensory integration disorders and imbalance of amino acid composition. Being a parent who has an autistic child is not easy, both emotionally and financially. There are even parents who have to sell goods that they have to cover the cost of therapy that is not cheap and is long-term. The hope is that the child will get the best chance of healing so that they will get the right knowledge about the condition of the child so that they have the right plan for their future, but this can be achieved if there is support from parents for the healing process of their child through treatment. the therapy they provide at autism therapy sites. Parent’s support in this case includes emotional, informational, instrumental, appreciation and social support.

The sample used as subjects in this study were 22 parents who had autism children from various therapeutic sites in North Sumatra. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling where the sample of his parents were those who had given autism therapy treatment for 5 years after his child was diagnosed by a doctor or psychologist. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the support of parents who have autistic children on the success of the treatment of autism therapy that has been done.

Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Medan Branch. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the t count > t table (33,997> 1,999). While the facility variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee moralePT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Medan Branch. This means that the hypothesis in this study was rejected, as evidenced by the value of t count F table (583,968> 3.15). The variable salary (X1) and facilities (X2) is able to contribute to the influence of the employee morale variable by 95% while the remaining 5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of the Tazkiyatu Al-Nafs method in forming student morals, then the method carried out in this study is qualitative in the field approach. While the result of this research is the success of Tazkiyatun Nafs Education in forming noble morals at MAS Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hamparan Perak can be shown by, First can be seen from Change behavior (Change of attitude, calmness) can control themselves from the luxuries of the world, then it is not easy to be emotional and calm in carrying out the learning process Second can be seen with the soul of students who are obedient in worship, which is accompanied by an increase in the quality and quantity of worship to God, being punctual in carrying out obligatory worship and always maintaining the things that are prodded. Third, there is an attitude that arises in students in the form of being honest in speaking, polite manners to others, tawadhu, zuhud, qonaaah attitudes.

THE EFFECT OF ADDING SWEET ORANGE ESSENTIAL OIL IN ANDROMED EXTENDER ON GOAT SPERM MOTILITY

This study aimed to determine the effect of andromed diluent added with various levels of sweet orange essential oil on buck spermatozoa. Observations were made microscopically, namely by observing the motility of buck spermatozoa. This study hypothesized that adding sweet orange essential oil to andromed diluent could increase and maintain the percentage value of spermatozoa motility in buck semen. The materials used in this study were buck fresh semen, andromed and sweet orange essential oil. The experimental design used in the study was a non-factorial, Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and five replications. The treatment added 0%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%, and 1% sweet orange essential oil. The parameters observed were the motility evaluation of buck spermatozoa. The results showed the motility of spermatozoa with the addition of sweet orange essential oil P0 = 70%, P1 = 70%, P2 = 75%, P3 = 75%, and P4 = 75%. It concluded that the best result and recommended use in Buck Artificial Insemination was the addition of 1% essential oil (P4).

Trade unions are formed by workers by ensuring that their position and rights as workers can be balanced with the obligations they perform for employers. In the relationship between workers and employers or employers, it is undeniable that the position of workers is higher. And sometimes it results in the arbitrariness of the employers towards their workers. To reduce and deal with the possibility of this arbitrariness, workers should have an association which is usually called a trade union. with trade unions, workers can unite so as to balance their position with employers. Article 1 paragraph 1 expressly states that a trade/labor union is an organization formed from, by and for workers/laborers both within the company and outside the company, which is free, open, independent, democratic. This study uses a normative juridical approach, namely by collecting, studying and analyzing and understanding law as a set of rules or positive norms in the statutory system that regulates human life. In Law no. 21 of 2000 concerning Worker/Labour Unions spells out what the objectives of trade/labor unions are to provide protection, defend rights and interests, and improve proper welfare for workers/laborers and their families.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the benefits of village fund allocation, the benefits of village funds, and village policies on community welfare. All data is processed by multiple regression analysis by looking at the validity test, reliability, and hypothetical testing with the F test t test and determination test. The results of this study indicate that the benefits of village fund allocation, the benefits of village funds have an effect on community welfare while village policies have no effect on community welfare, and the benefits of village fund allocation, the benefits of village funds and village policies are equally influential on community well-being. and village policy both affect the welfare of community.

FACTORS AFFECTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY IN KOTA PARI VILLAGE, SERDANG BEDAGAI REGENCY

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the factors that influence the development of the creative industry. The research location is in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sample in this study is a community of business actors totaling 30 people. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and the calculation is assisted by the SPSS application version 25. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the Workforce Owned (X₁), Technology Capabilities Owned (X₂), Easy Access to Communication (X₃), Creativity Owned (X₄) and Social Media (X₅) had a positive and significant effect on the Development of the Creative Industry (Y) with a percentage of influence of 54.3% .

Digital marketing in the current era is very important, especially in marketing a product, especially tourism. This study aims to help rural communities to continue to do tourism marketing with a digital concept. The location of the study was Pari City Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research used a descriptive qualitative research method with a total of 15 informants. The results of the study explained; 1) the need to carry out sustainable tourism development, 2) utilize information technology as a digital marketing effort, 3) evaluate the Village website so that more information is needed by the community, 4) promotion of village tourism with social media, 5) the concept of atention, interest, desire, action (AIDA) and 6) branding village tourism.

The current economic era is called the era of the creative economy. This study aims to analyze the influence of the creative economy on the community's economy through human resource management. The research location is in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The sample in this study was 30 respondents. The results of the study explained that based on the results of the direct effect of the Creative Economy, it has a positive and significant effect on Human Resource Management. The Creative Economy has a positive and significant effect on the Community Economy. Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on the Community Economy. Meanwhile, based on the results of the indirect effect of the Creative Economy, it has a positive and significant effect on the Community Economy through Human Resource Management.
