The sub-district is led by a lurah with the status of a Civil Servant. Kelurahan Pahlawan is a government agency that handles all population data. To be able to improve the grouping of citizen data and its reports to a higher agency, namely the district, steps are needed to develop a data grouping information system. The information system for grouping data on the residents of the village of Klambir Lima Kebun is a system that was built based on a user interface design with a responsive mobile system that was tested based on usability with the human centered design method. Human centered design is an approach method in the development and design of a user-focused system according to aspects of the needs and habits of the user. In the village of Klambir Lima Kebun, all information about the population has not been worked out optimally and there is no program to support work in the office. Office employees have difficulty grouping population data, still using the manual method or still in paper form. With the design of this system, it can help village officials in carrying out the process of grouping citizen data and speeding up service to the community as well as providing more effective and accurate information.
Randi Rian Putra, Eka Putra Copyright (c) 2022 International Conference of Science Technology and Social Humanities https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4370 Tue, 22 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0700 PLAY THERAPY IN FORMING THE PSYCHOLOGY OF BROKEN HOME CHILDREN https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4377
The term broken home child can be interpreted as a child who has a family that is not harmonious and even a family that has been destroyed or whose parents are separated. Honing language politeness skills through self-habituation based on knowledge is a must. Language politeness among generation Z students tends to decrease in politeness compared to ancient times. This can be seen in the expressions or writings in voicing their opinions and feelings through social media. We often hear, read, and witness the habits of today's students who lightly utter harsh words, hate speech and sometimes also accompanied by a condiment between friends which is sad to hear. This phenomenon shows a decrease in language politeness which is not only related to the choice of words or sentences but also related to global social customs and information that has an influence on culture, especially with regard to politeness values. In the end, they have linguistic rules that are considered prestigious, regardless of the actual language rules. The object of this research is the students of SMKN 7 Medan. The data collection method in this research is the interview and documentation method. The results of this study are the formation of multimedia-based learning containing language politeness learning content about how to respect and appreciate, tell the truth, give praise, give greetings and greetings, make comments, give sympathy, apologize, use non-verbal language, all of this is presented. in the form of animation so that SMKN 7 students will be more interested in the process of learning language politeness.
Rusyda Nazhirah Yunus, Ranti Eka Putri Copyright (c) 2022 International Conference of Science Technology and Social Humanities https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4379 Thu, 24 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0700 CYBERPORN PROTECTION AGAINST EARLY CHILDHOOD https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4378
The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has an effect on people's social life and security. Indonesia has the potential to utilize this energy to be converted into electrical energy. PLTS (Solar Power Plant) is a power plant that utilizes solar energy using the main tool, namely solar modules. Solar modules are devices that can convert solar energy into electrical energy, this process is called the photovoltaic effect. PLTS can be installed in buildings, apartments, houses, factories and vacant land. The purpose of installing PLTS is to reduce electricity consumption from the network to reduce monthly electricity bills. PLTS On-Grid is a PLTS configuration system that is connected to the network with the KWh EXIM tool which functions to send excess electricity generated by PLTS to the network. In general, On-Grid PLTS is installed on the roof of the house. This aims to save land and no objects that will block the solar modules. There are many requirements for installing PLTS on the roof of a house such as the location of the area, the direction of the roof of the house, the roof area where the solar module will be installed, and the tilt of the solar module. Bung Karno's Guesthouse is one of the Dutch colonial heritage buildings which became Bung Karno's hiding place during the Dutch colonial period. The building, which is located in Laugumba village, Berastagi city, Tanah Karo district, has become one of the icons of colonial history in North Sumatra province. The layout of the location of the building in the tourist area makes the hidden building one of the historical tourism icons. The basic problem that occurs in the building and raised in this study is the age of the building which is very old and not maintained has the potential for damage to the building. The condition of the building was not maintained and left alone so that many of the building ornaments were damaged. The pattern of conservation of historic buildings that are less effective has an impact on the destruction of the nation's historical values, this also has an impact on decreasing the number of tourists visiting these places. Another problem that occurred in the Bung Karno Guesthouse building was that the application of the electrical installation system under review did not meet the standardization of the General Electrical Installation Regulations, which should be an important part of the safety and conservation of buildings, especially historic buildings. This rationale is supported by the condition of the building that was damaged, and the existing condition of the electrical installation system which still uses the Dutch colonial era installation system that is more than 80 years old which is one of the indicators so that this research is very important to carry out.
Melly Andriana, Siti Anisah, Ramayana Bachtiar Copyright (c) 2022 Proceeding International Conference of Science Technology and Social Humanities https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4409 Mon, 28 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0700 THE EFFECT OF CHICKEN MANURE AND COW URINE ON THE GROWTH AND PRODUCTION OF RED CHILI (Capsicum annum L) https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4424
The effect of giving chicken manure and cow urine to the growth and production of red chili (Capsicum annum L). Therefore researchers want to design a grain dryer that can be used at any time, with the drying process using the conversion of electrical energy into heat as a producer of hot air and a more automatic tool using a hydroelectric power source as a source of electricity. This PLTA-based grain dryer is controlled using a microcontroller with a diameter of 50 cm as a drying tube, and an air heater as a hot air generator. The grain in the drying tube will be stirred during the drying process with a vane-shaped stirrer, so that the grain can be evenly distributed during drying. The capacity of the tool is 1 – 3 kg, the drying time and also the drying temperature can be adjusted as needed. If the drying time setting has been met, the grain output door will open automatically with the help of a sliding door driven by a dc motor. In the tool tests that have been carried out, the tool is able to reduce the average grain moisture content by up to 3.5% per hour, at a heating temperature setting of 40˚C - 50˚C and a capacity of 1 – 3 Kg. For the use of electric power in drying at this temperature is ± 0.25 KWh every 1 hour.
Zulkarnain Lubis, SOLLY ARYZA, Deni Saputra Copyright (c) 2022 Proceeding International Conference of Science Technology and Social Humanities https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4431 Tue, 29 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0700 ACKNOWLEDGE JURIDICAL REVIEW ON THE INFLUENCE OF COMPLETE SYSTEMATIC LAND REGISTRATION https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4430

Land as a means to meet basic human needs has an important meaning and a very basic role in achieving the welfare of human life, both as individuals and as social beings. Introducing and cultivating character education in young children should be prioritized from an early age. The early stages of infancy offer optimal opportunities for providing meaningful emotional stimulation. Exploring the parenting techniques within single-parent households can contribute to character education for children. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with a focus on phenomenology. Primary and secondary data sources, including observations, interviews, and documents, were employed to gather relevant information on this research topic. The interactive analytical model developed by Miles and Huberman was utilized to analyze the data, employing techniques such as data reduction, data visualization, and data verification to draw conclusions. The primary finding of this study reveals that despite their limitations in terms of knowledge and experience, single-parent households place significant emphasis on character education during early childhood. Religious teachings and imparting the importance of discipline are integral aspects of character education. However, economic and sociocultural barriers hinder single-parent households from dedicating sufficient quality time to their children's meaningful character development.
Rahayu Dwi Utami, Rita Nofianti, Dora Febriana Copyright (c) 2022 Proceeding International Conference of Science Technology and Social Humanities https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4566 Wed, 17 May 2023 00:00:00 +0700 ANALYSIS OF HUMAN RESOURCE COMPETENCIES AND UTILIZATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ON THE WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF BUSINESS https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4568
The rapid development of information technology has made almost all business actors open their eyes by paying attention to the development of information technology in order to be able to compete in a competitive, effective and efficient manner. Firstly, because Indonesian society is diverse and heterogeneous. Both, the complexity of laws and issues surrounding the terms 'lex' (legislation, regulations) and 'ius' (law, recht). And thirdly, the opinion of Apeldoorn that there is law outside of legislation. The Republic of Indonesia is a legal state (rechtsstaat). In this regard, the state should ensure the enforcement of justice by implementing and upholding existing laws, including customary law. This perspective of legal centralism is assumed to signal the demise of "nonstate" judiciary. However, behind the Principle of Judicial Power Implementation by State Courts, there exists an "unwritten constitution," which is the people' s will regarding justice in the name of the law that exists in society. Whether one likes it or not, non-state judiciary will emerge as a manifestation of the need and legal awareness regarding order and tranquility that cannot always be achieved by state judicial bodies. In this study, the adopted legal concept refers to the fact that outside of state courts, there are also non-formal judicial systems that operate based on customary laws within the community.
Irma Fatmawati, Rahul Ardian Fikri, Mhd Azhali Siregar, Senja Mawarni Copyright (c) 2023 Proceeding International Conference of Science Technology and Social Humanities https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4590 Mon, 12 Jun 2023 00:00:00 +0700 AN EFFECTIVENESS MODEL IN EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH RIGHT TARGET RECRUITMENT AND JOB PLACEMENT POLICIE https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4593
This research is useful to be carried out in a company formed by the kelambir lima sub-district office in fulfilling national regulations as a manager and community service. The study utilizes a quantitative research method and secondary data from reports on inflation, interest rates, and the dollar exchange rate from the period of 2015-2018, obtained from the website www.bi.go.id. The data is analyzed using unit root tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the variables of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates are not stationary at the level. The regression analysis shows that inflation has a negative influence on the CSPI, interest rates have a negative influence on the CSPI, and exchange rates have a positive influence on the CSPI. The classical assumption tests reveal no issues of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, but there is a problem of autocorrelation. These findings support previous research that demonstrates the influence of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on the CSPI. The study also supports previous research that shows a negative impact of exchange rates on the property sector stock prices. This can be explained by the appreciation of the rupiah against the dollar, which affects the marketing of Indonesian products abroad, particularly in terms of price competition. The study concludes that inflation has a negative and insignificant influence on stock prices, interest rates have a negative and insignificant influence on stock prices, and exchange rates have a positive and significant influence on economic growth. Indonesia is a country that adheres to a presidential system, as confirmed in Article 4 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution which states that "The President of the Republic of Indonesia holds governmental powers according to the Constitution". Apart from this, the president's powers are also regulated in Chapter III of the 1945 Constitution concerning the Powers of State Government, containing 17 articles which regulate various aspects regarding the president and the presidential institution. This shows that the portion of the President's power is so large that it is natural that the topic of the presidency is always interesting to discuss. The problem formulation that will be the main topic of discussion is; What are the problems with regulating the presidential term of office in Indonesia? How is the presidential term changed to 3 (three) terms through amendments to the 1945 Constitution from the perspective of Indonesian Constitutional Law? This research uses descriptive research, with a qualitative research type, and uses a normative juridical research type, and this research uses library data collection methods (library research). In writing this thesis, the author believes that the regulation of the President's term of office is regulated in Article 7 of the 1945 Constitution. The primary objectives are to elucidate how perceived globalness influences brand authenticity, evaluate the impact of brand authenticity on patronage, and investigate the mediating role of brand authenticity in the relationship between perceived brand globalness and brand patronage. Employing a quantitative approach, the study will gather data through surveys conducted with Indonesian consumers who frequent quick service restaurants (QSRs). The survey will measure perceptions of brand globalness, authenticity, and patronage. Data analysis will be performed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test hypotheses and examine the relationships among constructs. The study hypothesizes that perceived brand globalness will positively influence brand authenticity, suggesting that enhanced global recognition is expected to boost brand patronage through associations with higher quality and prestige. Additionally, it is anticipated that brand authenticity will positively impact patronage by fostering stronger emotional connections with consumers. Furthermore, brand authenticity is expected to mediate the effect of perceived brand globalness on brand patronage, indicating that the impact of globalness on patronage is significantly mediated by perceived authenticity. The findings are anticipated to provide valuable insights for restaurant managers, guiding strategies to enhance brand positioning and consumer engagement. This research highlights the critical importance of aligning global and authentic brand attributes to enhance consumer loyalty in the restaurant sector.
M Raihan JN, Thorique Akbar Maulana Nasution, Muhammad Dharma Tuah Putra Nasution Copyright (c) 2024 Proceeding International Conference of Science Technology and Social Humanities https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4809 Mon, 28 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0700 HOW IS THE RATE OF INFLATION AND MONEY SUPPLY IN THAILAND? https://journal.pancabudi.ac.id/index.php/icesshi/article/view/4811
Understanding the money supply process is crucial in that policymakers and related economic agents will know whether or not the central bank can conduct sound monetary policy.
