FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA TAHUN 1990-2019

Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator used to assess the condition of a country's economic development. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence economic growth in Indonesia in 1990-2019. This study uses the Error Correction Model (ECM) data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that in the short term the PMA variable has no significant positive effect. The export variable has a positive and significant effect. Import variables and the balance of transactions have a significant negative effect on GDP. Meanwhile, in the long term the PMA variable has a positive and insignificant effect. The export variable has a negative and significant effect. The import variable has a negative and significant effect. The current account variable has a negative and insignificant effect on GDP in Indonesia.
