Abstract

Abstract THE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TO ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) AND THE WORK PRODUCTIVITY In relation to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee work productivity, there are several factors that mempengaruhiOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee work productivity, including teamwork, transpormasional leadership and organizational commitments perceived by employees. These factors are interesting to research, whether they have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee productivity work. It is hoped that with the same team, the transformational leadership and good organizational commitments can improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) and work productivity. Researcherstook PT. Axis as a research object. Pt. AXIS (previously named NTS) is a telecommunications service from XL Axiata, a subsidiaryof Axiata.AXIS, thisstudy used a sample of 210 employees/respondents. Thistype of research is causal research, Umar(2008) mentions causal design is useful to analyze how a variable affects other variables, and also useful in experimental research where the independent variable is treated in a controlled manner by researchers to see its impact on its dependencies variable directly. For the analysis of data from this study used Structural equation Modeling (SEM). SEM is a statistical modeling technique that is very cross-sectional, linear and common. Included in the SEM is a factor analysis,path analysis and regression (regression)
