Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kantor Cabang Unit PT. Bank Central Asia Medan
Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence directly influence employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia Medan Unit Branch Office, and to find out whether transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence through organizational commitment influence employee performance at Unit PT Branch Offices. Bank Central Asia Medan. The data analysis technique used is the quantitative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Central Asia Medan Branch Office, and a sample of 68 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence directly affected employee performance. Transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence through organizational commitment affect employee performance.
