Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Binjai
Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this work is to examine and determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance and also to determine whether organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Bank Sumut Binjai Branch. Data collection uses quantitative methods and involves 47 respondents. Based on the research, the F test results can be seen that Fcount is 69.503 while Ftable is 3.20 which can be seen at α = 0.05 that simultaneously the organizational culture variables and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the H1 hypothesis is accepted. Partially, the results of the t test can be seen as tcount 2,312 while the t-test is 1, 671 and significant at 0,026, so that tcount 2,312 > ttable 1,671 and significant 0,026 < 0,05, organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and partial that the results of t test can be seen tcount of 7.573 while t table is 1, 671 and significant at 0,000, so that tcount 7.573 > ttable 1.671 and significant 0.000 < 0.05, work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Sumut Binjai Branch, then the H1 hypothesis is accepted. The adjusted R Square value of 0.740 which can be called the coefficient of determination which in this case means 74.0% employee performance can be obtained and explained by organizational culture, and work discipline.
