Religious education is one of the important issues because religious education provided in schools does not turn on good multicultural education, even tends to be opposite. As a result, social conflict is often amplified by the religious legitimacy taught in religious education in conflict-prone schools. This makes conflicts that have their roots in fundamental religious beliefs so that social conflicts and violence are increasingly difficult to overcome, because they are understood as their religious vocation. The root of various social conflicts that lead to prolonged anarchy is often problems that have nothing to do with religion, but in reality religion has always been an inseparable part of these social conflicts. The potential for conflict and disintegration is caused because religion in its manifestations is ambivalent towards unity and unity. That is, although religion has the power to unify, religion also has divisive power.

RESPON PERTUMBUHAN VEGETATIF BEBERAPA VARIETAS UNGGUL KEDELAI (Glycine max L.) TERHADAP TEKNIK TOPPING DAN PENAMBAHAN PUPUK ORGANIK

It is of utmost importance to increase soybean production substantially to meet the growing demand of the society. The topping technique, organic fertilizers, and superior soybean varieties can be implemented to achieve this goal. This research is designed to determine how the topping technique and the addition of organic fertilizers affect soybean production during the vegetative phase. The study took place in Sei Mencirim Village, Sunggal, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, between October 2022 and January 2023, using a randomized block design with three replications. The study included three levels for the first factor (no topping, topping, and topping + organic fertilizer) and three levels for the second factor (Anjasmoro, Wilis F1, and Grobogan). The findings of the test conducted during the vegetative growth phase suggest that single topping has a considerable impact on the plant height and the number of branches at the age of 5 MST. Moreover, the selection of a single variety significantly affects the plant height variable at the age of 3 MST and 4 MST. Therefore it is recommended to apply this topping technique in soybean cultivation. Moreover, the selection of superior soybean varieties can also be beneficial for achieving optimal plant growth.

POTENSI ISOLAT BAKTERI ASAM LAKTAT DARI ILEUM GALLUS GALLUS SEBAGAI PROBIOTIK PAKAN FERMENTASI UNGGAS

This study aims to determine the potential of lactic acid bacteria from ileum Gallus gallus as a probiotic for fermented poultry feed. This research was carried out at the Laboratory of Experimental Gardens and Livestock (LKPP) of Panca Budi Development University. Research methods include tests of gastric acid resistance and resistance to bile salts. The results showed that there were three isolates of lactic acid bacteria that were resistant to stomach acid pH, namely P2, P7 and P8 isolates while three isolates that were resistant to bile salts, namely P2, P3, P5, P7, P8 and P9 isolates. The three isolates of lactic acid bacteria, namely P2, P7 and P8 have resistance to the pH of stomach acid and bile salts so that they have the potential to be formulated as probiotics for fermented poultry feed.

The purpose of this research is to determine the AMOUNT OF BACTERIA in lamb meat sold in the traditional market in Klambir V Village. The research was conducted in Klambir V Village and the Experimental Garden and Livestock Laboratory of Panca Budi University. The exploratory research method includes Diversity of Bacterial Species, Calculation of Total Microbial Population, Bacterial Staining, Morphological Characteristics of Bacteria Isolated on Skim Milk Agar media, and observation of differences in shape, edge, elevation, and color of each bacterium. The activity of bacteria was tested by measuring the proteolytic index based on the size of the clear zone formed. Hemolysis tests were conducted by isolating potential bacteria on blood agar media, positive results were indicated by the presence or absence of clear zones formed. This test was conducted to determine the potential isolate's ability to lyse blood. This test was performed to determine if potential bacterial isolates can synergize well.

PENGARUH PUPUK MULTIFUNGSI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN RUMPUT ODOT (Pennisetum Purpureum CV. MOTT)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of multifunctional fertilizers on the growth of odot grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott). This research will be conducted in Sampecita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study used a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment in this study consisted of P0 = entisol soil without multifunctional fertilizer, P1 = 1 L multifunctional fertilizer without water, P2 = 1 L multifunctional fertilizer with 2 L of water solvent, P4 = 1 L multifunctional fertilizer with 4 L of water solvent, and P6 = 1 L multifunctional fertilizer with 6 L of water solvent. Data collection was carried out in this study, namely: observation by direct observation of the growth of odot grass with the use of Multi Function Fertilizer. Parameters observed were: plant height, leaf length, leaf width were measured using a meter and dry matter production. Fertilization using a multifunctional fertilizer on the production of odot grass has shown that fertilizing odot grass using a 1 L multifunctional fertilizer with 4 L of water solvent (P4) is the best result for the production of fresh and dry matter compared to other treatments or controls.

TURBIN ANGIN JENIS ICEWIND SEBAGAI KONVERTER ANGIN KECEPATAN RENDAH UNTUK MENGHASILKAN TENAGA LISTRIK

Beach coastal channel between the Pantai Cermin and Malacca Strait with a maximum tidal current velocity of about 2 m/s to 5 m/s is unsuitable for installing conventional tidal turbines. This study aims to introduce a Savonius Axial wind turbine with modification called icewind, which is added to a Savonius tidal turbine to make feasible power extraction from this low-speed tidal current. For this purpose, used 3 blades for the testing apparatus without deflectors. The results show that shows that wind with low speed which is not potential for horizontal wind turbines can be utilized to produce electrical energy with a voltage that can be used for smaller scale purposes of 1000 watts. As a general result, the Savonius turbine with icewind modification deflectors is very consistent with the conditions of the coastal area channel, in which the tidal current speed is more often fewer than 5 m/s. the use of icewind in coastal areas can help generate electrical energy on a small scale.

PENINGKATAN KEAMANAN ALGORITMA VIGENÈRE DENGAN PROTOKOL TIGA LANGKAH TANPA PENDISTRIBUSIAN KUNCI

In computer networks, information exchange is common. The information transmitted can be confidential or ordinary. However, when sending confidential information, there are often concerns about its security. Senders tend to worry that the information sent will be stolen, especially if it contains confidential data. In order for the information to be read correctly, the sender and receiver must know the key or password. However, sending keys is also an important concern because if it falls into the wrong hands, the data and information contained in the file can be read easily. Therefore, key exchanges should be avoided and one of the techniques that can be used to avoid them is the Three Step Protocol scheme. This scheme allows the sender and receiver to encrypt and decrypt using their respective keys without having to exchange keys. The Three-Step Protocol is a mechanism that involves two algorithms in the cryptographic process, the Vigenère Algorithm. By implementing the Three-Step Protocol scheme, it can improve data security.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN BUAH ANDALIMAN DALAM MENCEGAH KONTAMINASI BAKTERI PADA DAGING AYAM

Chicken meat is a food ingredient that is rich in nutrients such as protein and fat, but poor handling can risk causing health problems caused by bacteria and free radicals. Research aimed at finding the best method to prevent bacterial contamination and oxidation of indigenous chicken meat was conducted by utilizing andaliman fruit as an antibacterial and antioxidant. The study was carried out on 24 samples of indigenous chicken meat that had been marinated with andaliman fruit juice. The weight ratio of andaliman (mg) and water (ml) was used as a treatment in a Complete Randomized Design. There were 4 treatments tested, namely Control (without andaliman fruit juice), Treatment 1 (100/1000 mg/ml), Treatment 2 (150/1000 mg/ml), and Treatment 3 (200/1000 mg/ml). The parameters observed were Total Bacterial Count and Antioxidant Activity of chicken meat samples. The results showed that chicken meat marinade treatment using 20% andaliman fruit juice produced an antioxidant activity of up to 10.6%, higher than the control treatment which was 4.8%. The total bacteria of chicken meat resulting from marination with 20% andaliman fruit juice was 3.6 x 103.

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK MULTIFUNGSI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS RUMPUT ODOT (Pennisetum Purpureum CV. MOTT) SETELAH DEFOLIASI PERTAMA

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of multifunctional fertilizer application on the productivity of Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott grass after the first defoliation. The data analysis method used in this research is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Non-Factorial consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications, namely P0 (Without multifunctional fertilizer application), P1 (Multifunctional fertilizer application every 2 days), P2 (Multifunctional fertilizer application every 3 days), and P3 (Multifunctional fertilizer application every 5 days). The parameters observed in this study are the number of tillers, plant height, and fresh material production. The results of the study show that treatment P1 is the best treatment in terms of fresh material production, plant height, and number of tillers of Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott grass with multifunctional fertilizer application after the first defoliation, with the number of tillers of Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott grass being 4.88/polybag, plant height being 65.40 cm/polibag, and fresh material production being 216.84 grams/polybag.

ANALISIS SOLAR CELL SEBAGAI SUMBER ENERGI ALTERNATIF PADA GEDUNG I UNIVERSITAS PEMBANGUNAN PANCA BUDI

The use of renewable energy is growing, one of which is by relying on solar energy. Solar Power Plants generate electricity from solar cells that are exposed to sunlight. The high and low voltage generated depends on the amount of sunlight hitting the solar cell panel. Building I University Pembangunan Panca Budi uses a source of electrical energy from PT. PLN as the only primary source to run all the facilities in the building. The obstacle that is often experienced is when there is a blackout or cessation of the supply of electrical energy from PLN. Therefore, a new source of electrical energy is urgently needed, which can at least cover the provision of electrical energy during blackouts carried out by PT PLN. The research method is to collect data in the field, analyze the collected data and analyze the factors that influence the intensity of the sun. The number of solar cell panels used is 189 units with a capacity of 250 Wp with the area required for solar cell panel installation is 189 x 1.7 = 321.3 m². The use of solar cells as a source of New, Renewable Energy (EBT) is one of the alternative energy sources which is expected to be able to meet the demand for electrical energy in Building I University Pembangunan Panca Budi.

ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN UMKM DESA KOTA PARI DALAM PENINGKATAN EKONOMI PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19

This study aims to determine the management implemented by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or UMKM in Kota Pari Village. Good financial management can help UMKM in advancing their business. Through good management, it is hoped that the UMKM community in Kota Pari village will be more active in improving financial management. This type of research is a case study with data analysis techniques, namely quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that UMKM actors in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency as a whole do not understand and implement financial management properly and correctly in accordance with science. This happens because of a lack of understanding of business actors and a lack of guidance, training and outreach regarding how to manage MSME finances properly. From the results of the analysis, UMKM actors in Kota Pari Village feel that their business can only run locally, meaning in that village. However, if a deeper analysis is carried out, the UMKM in the Kota Pari village have excellent economic growth potential, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. However, this must be supported by the authorities.

ANALISIS STRATEGI DAMPAK AKIBAT KENAIKAN HARGA KEDELAI TERHADAP LABA USAHA TEMPE

This study aims to determine the increase in the income of tempe producers, and the impact on regional and village productivity development. All populations that were used as samples were 5 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive and SWOT matrix. The success of increasing the income of tempe craftsmen can be realized if it is supported by the availability of good soybeans, the availability of tools and machines, as well as loan capital to the craftsmen, where this research plays an active role in running and increasing the business income of tempe producers. From the results of visits and interviews, it was obtained that the average business income of tempe craftsmen in the study area was IDR 8,171,500.-/month. This shows that the business activities of tempe craftsmen have sufficient income to create the welfare of their families. The right SWOT strategy for tempe producers in Klambir Lima Village in developing their business and increasing their income is an Aggressive Strategy based on the SO strategy. The quality factor of the Tempe is a factor that can be utilized by the Craftsmen in Klambir Lima Village to increase the selling price. So that the income received by the craftsmen's businesses will also increase and be sufficient to provide for the welfare of their families.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN PROBIO GAP 1 DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP KARKAS AYAM BROILER

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of probio GAP 1 on the carcass of broiler chickens. The treatments include P1 = 100% feed, P2 = 100% feed + probio GAP 1 5 ml/kg feed, P3 = 100% feed + probio GAP 1 10 ml/kg feed, P4 = 100% feed + probio GAP 1 15 ml/kg feed. The data were analyzed using variance with parameters including slaughter weight, carcass weight, and non-carcass weight. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) nonfactorial with 4 treatments and 5 replications consisting of 5 chickens. The results of this study show that the quality of the broiler carcass is good in treatment P4 with 100% feed (100% feed + probio GAP 1 15 ml/kg feed) based on slaughter weight, carcass weight, carcass percentage, non-carcass weight, and non-carcass percentage.

PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP SERTIFIKASI HALAL DENGAN MODEL SELF DECLARE

Indonesia, which is a Muslim-majority country, is present and responsible for the comfort and certainty of consuming halal products. Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance and the Job Creation Law is one of the legal products that provide various conveniences for the people of Indonesia. This law provides simplification and acceleration of the business licensing process in Indonesia which previously seemed quite complex. In addition, there is also the convenience of the Job Creation Law regarding halal certification which will help MSE actors to carry out their obligations simply with the Self Declaration model. Self-declaration of halal certificates for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) is regulated in Article 79 of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Field of Halal Product Assurance. In this regulation, BPJPH must create a mechanism related to self-declaration. BPJPH is mandated to establish halal standards that will be a reference for the implementation of self-declaration. In Government Regulation Number 39 of 2021, it is stated that make self-declarations will receive assistance. Later, the companion will verify and validate related to the halal declaration of MSEs to know clearly and in detail how the mechanism for implementing halal self-declare certification.

ANALISIS FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN FAKTOR EKSTERNAL USAHATANI TANAMAN KOPI (Coffea Arabika) DI DESA SUKA KABUPATEN KARO

The coffee plant is an important plantation commodity to improve the economy of the people living in Karo Regency. The type of coffee developed by the Karo people is Arabica coffee. The aim of the study was to analyze the internal factors and external factors that influence the strategy for developing coffee farming (Coffea arabika) in Suka Village, Karo Regency. The data analysis method used in explaining problem identification is descriptive analysis. The results of the study are the Internal Factors of strength, namely natural resources, coffee taste, human resources, coffee harvest time, farmer groups, and transportation access. The dominant force affecting the development of coffee farming in the research area is human resources. Internal factors of weakness are coffee plant seeds, coffee marketing, coffee farmer partnerships, coffee processing, and coffee plant maintenance. The most dominant weakness is the maintenance of coffee plants. Opportunity external factors are: location of coffee cultivation, demand for coffee, profit of coffee farming and quality of coffee beans. The most dominant opportunity is the demand for coffee. External threat factors are: coffee farming competition, climate change, coffee pests and diseases and coffee prices. The most dominant threat is competition in coffee farming.

ANALISA UNSUR HARA TANAH AKIBAT PEMBERIAN EKOENZIM PADA TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum L.)

Macro nutrients are nutrients needed by plants in large quantities, such as N, P, K, and C-Organic. Ecoenzyme (EZ) is the result of fermentation from organic waste in the form of fruit or vegetable waste. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of macro nutrients in the soil and the cation exchange capacity due to the administration of enzymes to shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). The analytical method used for the N-Kjehldahl Spectrophotometer, the P-Bray II extract spectrophotometer, the K exchangeable with the atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS), and the C-organic with the Walkley and Black spectrophotometer The results showed an increase in macro nutrient levels due to the administration of ecoenzymes, were N, P, K, and C-organic, and cation exchange capacities of 0.18%, 850.84 mg/kg, 1.55 me/100g, 3.26%, and 57.84 me/100g, respectively, from the previous 0.14%, 69.125 mg/kg, 0.11 me/100g, 1.92%, and 26.27 me/100g. Moreover, ecoenzymes can be used to increase production in crop cultivation

The goal to be achieved from this service is to increase community understanding and knowledge, especially in Medan Krio Village, Deli Serdang Regency, through counseling and socialization regarding the implementation of labor wages below the minimum standard that distinguishes the concept of wages in Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 concerning Wages and Islamic law. This is very important because Islam has its own distinctive view of the discussion of ijarah (wages) and the concept offered is more of a sense of justice and benefit in order to fulfill each other's lives between workers and employers for the benefits obtained, although in its implementation it has fulfilled two of the three principles of remuneration in Islamic law, namely the principle of justice and pleasure, the principle that has not been fulfilled is the principle of worthiness. This really needs to be conveyed to the community, especially the people in Medan Krio Village, where the majority of education is only up to high school so that they have the principle of only getting a job without thinking about their rights as workers which have been regulated in applicable laws and regulations.

KUALITAS DAGING DOMBA MENGGUNAKAN PENGAWET ALAMI

The long-term goal of this research is to make use of onions batak (Allium chinense G. Don) and guava leaves (Psidium guajava L.) as natural preservatives that can extend the shelf life of lamb meat. Onion Batak and guava leaves are endemic plants found in the ProvinceNorth Sumatra. This plant contains antioxidants in the form of alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins and saponins have excellent antibacterial properties used as a natural preservative. Utilization of this material can increase the existence of Batak onions in the food industry, especially in efforts reducing the use of synthetic preservatives containing chemicals dangerous. The material used in this research is onion extract batak, guava leaves and lamb meat obtained from breeders/markets traditional. This study used an experimental method with a design non-factorial complete randomization with 4 treatments with 5 replications. Parameter tested was organoleptic. The results showed that the organoleptic value of lamb meat has a dark color, the aroma changes like the aroma of extracts and a chewy texture.

The Qur'an is also a mercy for the universe so that its contents are suitable and can be used as a guide for human life. In order to understand the contents of the Qur'an concretely, let alone the discussion of education, it must use tafsir. Memorizing the Qur'an is a process of inserting verses of the Qur'an into the heart and mind so that they are not lost again. In undergoing this process, huffaz (Qur'an memorizers) apply methods that may vary from one person to another. The choice of memorization method is usually adjusted to one's learning character. People with visual learning characters, for example, prefer to memorize the Qur'an by looking directly at the writing of Qur'an verses in the mushaf before finally memorizing them.

RANCANGAN SISTEM PENDETEKSI GAS BLERANG BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO

A village that presents the location of tourist attractions in the village displays a natural charm that is quite amazing for local and foreign tourists. Doulu Village has many locations for blerang water baths and mountain hot springs, this is what makes the tourist attraction quite good and healthy for tourists. The problem obtained from this tourist attraction is that there is no information about the gas levels produced by the blerang water which is quite concentrated which can suffocate the breath of visitors or tourists who will visit the blerang hot springs in Doulu Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency. technology is needed that can provide information on a system for detecting sulfur gas levels produced from hot water vapor at a hot spring tourist attraction in Doulun Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency. So that tourists who want to travel to the hot springs tourist attraction in Doulu Village can still breathe fresh air produced from the natural mountains which are still quite beautiful. To overcome this problem, the authors will conduct a study to detect the levels of sulfur gas produced from hot water vapor from natural attractions in Doulu Village. The intelligent system developed in this study will use an Arduino microcontroller and sensors that can detect the levels of sulfur gas produced from the hot water vapo.

APLIKASI INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS PENGINAPAN ATAU HOTEL YANG ADA DI DESA DOULU

Doulu Village is a village located in Brastagi District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province which is quite well known because it has quite interesting tourist objects to visit. The information system that presents information on tourist objects in the village only displays pictures and names which are presented in the form of maps, newspaper and web advertising media that do not yet provide direct directions to the intended tourist sites. The problem obtained from this media information for tourists is not getting direct instructions for the location of the tourist object geographical position. This requires technology that can present information on tourist objects, namely geographic information systems (GIS). As with information that provides explanations in tourist information, it must include real and correct data and images. So that tourists who want to travel to Doulu Village but still don't know the location or places of interesting tourist objects to visit can be known by tourists who will visit. To overcome this problem the author uses an approach to a digital mapping model in the form of a GIS (Geographical Information System) based on mobile Android using Google Maps as a digital map. The method used in this research uses UML (Unified Modeling Language), PHP, Java and MySQL databases as data storage. The Geographic Information System (GIS) for this natural tourist attraction has two programs, namely the admin program to manage web-based tourist data and the user program to display Android-based mobile tourist objects. This geographic information system aims to provide convenience and speed to the public in obtaining information about Natural Tourism Objects in Doulu Village.

RANCANG BANGUN JARINGAN FIBER OPTIK SEBAGAI INFRASTRUKTUR INTERNET CEPAT DALAM MENDUKUNG AKTIVITAS DIGITALISASI UMKM DI DESA KOTA PARI

The use of internet and communication technology is very important in today's digital era, especially in supporting the digitization of UMKM in the Kota Pari Village area where the village is one of the villages that has great potential in developing UMKM, but slow internet access is often an obstacle. Therefore, this study aims to design and build a fiber optic network as a fast internet infrastructure to support UMKM digitalization activities in Kota Pari Village. The research method used in this study is an experimental method using fiber optic network design. The advantage of using this fiber optic network is that it can increase fast and affordable internet access, as well as support digitalization activities for UMKM in Kota Pari Village which can contribute to local economic development in the Kota Pari Village area. The fiber optic network infrastructure that will be built can provide a fast and stable internet connection for UMKM to increase their productivity and business quality, as well as expand market reach through digital platforms. In the construction of this fiber optic network, although there are still obstacles in its construction, this can be overcome with the support of the government and related stakeholders. Therefore, the application of fiber optic network technology as a fast internet infrastructure needs to be continuously optimized as a solution to increase internet access in rural areas, especially in Kota Pari Village.

RANCANGAN SISTEM PENDETEKSI GEMPA MENGGUNAKAN ARDUINO UNO UNTUK MENGHINDARI SEMBURAN ABU VULKANIK

The recording of the guest book is still done manually in the recording of the guest book. This made it difficult for the head of Lau Gumba Village to identify guests who came to the Lau Gumba Village office, because they had to look up a list of names of guests who visited the office of the head of Lau Gumba Village. The problem that the head of Lau Gumba Village got when holding weekly or monthly meetings with the Berastagi Sub-district Head was that it was difficult to provide a report on the list of guests visiting the Lau Gumba Village head's office because the guest data recorded in the guest book manually was not structured in compiling guest data that visited the village. the office of the head of Lau Gumba Village. This requires information technology that can present guest data from the office of the head of Lau Gumba Village in a structured and systematic manner so that it makes it easier for the head of Lau Gumba Village to provide reports to the Berastagi Sub-District Head during weekly and monthly meetings. This guest book system has two programs, namely an admin program to manage web-based guest data and a user program to display guests who have visited Lau Gumba Village based on mobile android. This guest book system aims to provide convenience and speed to the head of Lau Gumba Village explaining and documenting guests visiting the office of the head of Lau Gumba Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency.

PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN PIDANA TERHADAP PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA KEKERASAN SEKSUAL PADA ANAK

Based on data obtained from the Gender and Children Information System for North Sumatra Province, in 2022 the number of victims of sexual violence in the city of Medan will be 70 people. These figures show that crimes of sexual violence against children have increased compared to the previous year. According to information from the Head of the PPA Satreskrim Polrestabes Medan Unit, there were 55 reports of perpetrators of sexual violence against children in the jurisdiction of the Medan Police at the end of July 2022, of which 21 people had been detained and the rest had been sentenced at the Medan District Court. Sexual violence against children is a serious crime and a violation of human rights. As an effort to anticipate an increase in sexual violence against children, the government issued a law which was ratified on May 9, 2022 by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, namely Law Number 12 of 2022 on the Crime of Sexual Violence. It is hoped that the birth of the Law on Crime of Sexual Violence can be optimal in accommodating all forms of violence and can provide protection, prevention, justice and recovery for victims of Crime of Sexual Violence against children.

HUBUNGAN BODY CONDITION SCORE (BCS) DENGAN SERVICE PER CONCEPTION (S/C) PADA TERNAK DOMBA DI KABUPATEN LANGKAT

An essential factor in the success of a sheep breeding business is the sheep's body condition. Sheep with a low Body Condition Score (BCS) will make it difficult for the lamb to mate and fertilize due to lack of nutrition. Sheep with a Body Condition Score (BCS) that is too high will also make it difficult for the sheep to reproduce due to fat deposits in the reproductive tract. This study aims to determine the relationship between Body Condition Score and the reproductive performance of sheep in Langkat Regency with Service Per Conception (S/C). The material used was 50 sheep in Langkat Regency. The method used in this research is a case study, namely by collecting primary and secondary data. The observed variables are Body Condition Score (BCS) and Service per Conception (S/C). The study results show that the regression equation relates to Body Condition Score (BCS) and Service Per Conception (S/C) Y=2.828-0.339X. (R2) 6.9%. (r) 0.263. In conclusion, the relationship between Body Condition Score (BCS) and Service Per Conception (S/C) is positive, with an R2 = 6.9%.

ABNORMALITAS SPERMATOZOA SEMEN SEGAR KAMBING DENGAN PEMBERIAN PAKAN SUPLEMEN EKSTRAK KUNYIT

The quality of the fresh semen of goats relates to the feed given to goat bucks. One of the herbal ingredients that can improve the quality of fresh semen is turmeric. This study aimed to determine the effect of giving turmeric extract to reduce spermatozoa abnormalities in fresh semen of goats. Observations using microscopically. The materials in this study were fresh goat semen and turmeric extract. The experimental design used in the study was a non-factorial, Completely Randomized Design with five treatments and five replications. The treatment included adding 0ml, 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml turmeric extract. The parameter observed was the percentage of abnormal spermatozoa in fresh goats. The results showed that the addition of 0ml showed an abnormality value of 15%, 25ml = 13%, 50ml = 12%, 75ml = 12% and 100 ml = 11%. The analysis of variance showed that the results had no significant effect. They have concluded that giving turmeric extract supplements cannot reduce the value of abnormal spermatozoa in goats. The recommendation is that it is necessary to conduct further research by increasing the dose of turmeric extract in the treatment.

IMPLEMENTASI CONTRACT FARMING MODELS PADA SKEMA SUPPLY CHAIN USAHA PENGGEMUKAN TERNAK DOMBA DI KABUPATEN LANGKAT

Langkat Regency has an excellent opportunity to carry out the sheep farming business process, but it does not rule out the possibility that in carrying out business activities, there are several obstacles that hinder the process. This obstacle is the performance of sheep farming in carrying out business development, in general, is still low, which will affect business competitiveness. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of contract farming models in the research area. Data collection techniques include several techniques, namely using questionnaires through Focus Group Discussions (FGD), in-depth interviews with respondents, document analysis, informal discussions, and direct observation. The data analysis method used is Contract Farming Partnership Analysis. The results showed that the implementation of contract farming models in the study area showed that the supply chain performance results from the reliability attribute only reached an advantage position, so the performance of the supply chain for fattening sheep had to be further improved.

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TEPUNG UMBI GEMBILI TERHADAP PANJANG USUS HALUS PUYUH

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gembili tuber flour on the length of the small intestine of quail. This study was used 200 male quails aged 2 weeks. This study used a completely randomized design consist of 4 treatments with 5 replications. Treatments of the study included T0: control (0% gembili tuber flour), T1: basal diet + 0.3% gembili tuber flour, T2: basal diet + 0.6% gembili tuber flour, T3: basal diet + 0.9% gembili tuber flour. The parameters of this study were the length of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum. The treatment of gembili tuber flour had no significant effect (p>0.05) on the length of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum of the quail. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the administration of gembili tuber flour was not affected the length of the small intestine of quail.

This research aims to 1). Why does domestic violence still occur frequently in many places in Indonesia, especially in the Medan Krio sub-district, even though statutory products have been made to protect women's rights. 2). So what should be done in order to reduce violence and provide justice for women in Medan Krio District. Forms of violence against women still occur in many places where women are always associated as a marginal group who receive discriminatory treatment, experience depression, and are subordinated to male domination. The method used with data collection techniques with the method of literature study. And then collected from reports from related agencies such as Komnas Perempuan reports, and scientific books that carry out similar studies, these secondary data are then interpreted qualitatively and supported by several scientific concepts and theories that have been put forward previously as a knife for analysis. It is hoped that this paper can raise awareness of the issue of violence against women in academic studies and provide sharpening of analysis and perspectives on this issue.

The purpose of this research is to investigate how Unique Resource Capabilities and Social Commerce affect the Competitive Advantage of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Klambir 5 District, using the Multiple Regression Analysis approach. The study used a sample of 83 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula. The aim is to develop a model that applies unique resource capabilities and appropriate social commerce to enhance the overall competitive advantage and increase the productivity of SMEs, thereby benefiting both the entrepreneurs and the community in Klambir Lima and the surrounding areas. The unique resource capabilities consist of Tangible Assets, Intangible Assets, and Organizational Assets, which are expected to enhance the level of business for SMEs. Continuous improvement of the business is important for SMEs to sustain growth and remain competitive in their respective regions. Social commerce is a type of e-commerce that utilizes social media and online platforms to facilitate transactions and interactions between buyers and sellers. This may involve exchanging money, or in some cases, may not involve any monetary exchange at all.

PARADOKS MODERNISASI VIS A VIS DEHUMANISASI DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA

This study aims to reconstruct village financial management using modernity vis a vis dehumanizaton perspective. This study uses primary data obtained from observations and interviews with informants. The research approach used is a qualitative method. The research paradigm uses the paradigm of criticism with data collection procedures, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion/verification. The results showed that the modernization and digitization of financial management in Klambir V Kebun Village had an impact on social relations in the community, which became less harmonious. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out an accounting reconstruction based modernity vis a vis dehumanizaton perspective that is relevant to be carried out in Klambir V Kebun Village.

IMPLEMENTASI METODE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING PADA PERENCANAAN PETERNAKAN KAMBING PETERNAKAN ETAWA

Exponential Smoothing is a procedure for continuous improvement in the forecasting of the latest observations. In this study, the Exponential Smoothing Method was used to predict the income level of Etawa Peranakan (PE) goats. The income of the Etawa Peranakan Goat livestock business comes from the sale of male PE goats that are more than 1 year old, the sale of fresh pure milk, the sale of goat manure, and the sale of goat urine. Using the Exponential Smoothing Method in the 5th year, the amount of income received after expenses for feed and vitamins was Rp. 2,564,443,875 with a total of 4 adult male PE goats and 874 female PE goats. With an alpha value of 0.87 and an error rate in this calculation of 30%.

Religious education needs to be introduced and instilled in children from an early age as an effort to form a spiritually strong generation. In fact, every human being is born with the potential for spiritual intelligence. The potential that every child has will develop rapidly if they get care that is appropriate to the child's development. The fact is that every ethnicity has different characteristics and parenting styles. For example, the Javanese and Malay ethnic groups, each of which has its own way of instilling religious values in children from an early age. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of early childhood religious education in the care of Javanese and Malay ethnicity in TK Alfia Nur Hamparan Perak. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and interviews. All existing data were analyzed by means of data condensation, data display and verification stages. The results of this study indicate that the form of instilling religious values in early childhood in the upbringing of Javanese and Malay ethnicities uses storytelling, example and habituation methods, furthermore ethnic characteristics in parents influence parenting style and have implications for the form of instilling religious values in early childhood. Therefore, the parenting culture that parents receive should not be purely applied to children, nor should it be completely abandoned.

EKSPLORASI BAKTERI PROTEOLITIK DARI ILEUM GALLUS GALLUS SEBAGAI KANDIDAT AGEN PROBIOTIK PAKAN TERNAK UNGGAS LOKAL

This study aims to exploration and investigate proteolytic bacteria from ileum of Gallus gallus as probiotic agent candidates in local poultry feed. This research was conducted in the Village of Klambir V and Laboratory at Pembangunan Panca Budi University, Medan. The exploratory research method included bacterial isolation, activity of proteolytic bacterial and proteolytic bacterial staining. The results showed that there were twenty proteolytic isolates with different morphological characteristics of the bacteria. Ten isolates belong to the group of gram-positive bacteria and ten isolates belong to the group of gram-negative bacteria. There are three isolates with the highest enzyme production, there are GP sp. 1, GP sp. 3 and GP sp. 4 with Proteolytic Index (IP) value of 1,500, 1,533, and 1,531 and the three isolates with the lowest enzyme production in GP sp. 9, GP sp. 11 and GP sp. 13 with Proteolytic Index (IP) values of 0.696, 0.641, and 0.562. Based on the research results, GP sp. 1, GP sp. 3 and GP sp. 4 has high enzyme production and include to the group of gram-positive bacteria so that, three isolates have the potential to be candidates for probiotic agents for local poultry feed.

Tax Planning Tax Planning is an effort to save taxes This study seeks to examine the impact of changes in the taxation scheme on VAT for Education Services. Education services, which were originally excluded from the object of VAT, caused considerable tax expenditure, but their implementation has not been on target. The HPP Law changes the taxable service exemption scheme to provide VAT facilities in the form of exemption or non-collection. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. To ensure that the provision of these facilities is on target, the government needs to establish a certain classification for the provision of educational services with a regulation whose preparation is coordinated with the relevant technical ministries. This research is expected to be a reference for stakeholders in policy formulation for the realization of the principles of justice and equity in education as well as optimization of state revenue.

Lau Gumba Village has many plantation locations for various types of fruit grown by village farmers, this is what makes the tourist attraction quite good and healthy for tourists. The village of Lau Gumba has fruit farming with a variety of good fruits, with the importance of paying attention to the quality and type of vitamins, because when people sell or consume fruit based on vitamin levels, it is very important to pay attention to the shape, freshness, color of the fruit consumed. However, this requires technology that can provide information on fruit grouping based on vitamin levels. As is the case with information that provides an explanation in the information in grouping fruit based on vitamin levels, it must include the correct data. The method used in this research is using UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely using the k-medoids method, web programming, mysql as data storage. With the application of information technology, it will have an impact on fruit grouping based on vitamin levels, so that farmers can easily classify harvested fruit based on the levels of vitamins produced.

PENERAPAN TAX PLANNING DALAM UPAYA MENEKAN PPH TERUTANG (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Transnusa Jaya Mandiri Medan)

Tax Planning is an effort to save taxes by reducing the amount of tax liability without contradicting applicable tax laws, and in no way aims to manipulate taxation but to take advantage of opportunities with tax regulations that benefit taxpayers and do not harm the government, because the method used is legal. This research was conducted at PT Transnusa Jaya Mandiri for the purpose of implementing Tax Planning that can Minimize Corporate Income Tax Burden. As a Corporate Taxpayer, PT Transnusa Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in heavy equipment transportation services and Jacking ProjectLogistics that is registered and has carried out its tax obligations. From the Company's financial statements and the Company's Annual Giving Letter in 2017, the results of this study show that the Tax Planning that the author applied was successful, so that there was a savings in Income Tax expenses of Rp. 26,089,981 and the Tax Planning applied was in accordance with the applicable Tax Law Regulations. It can be seen that the difference in income tax payable when applied Tax Planning which was previously Rp. 386,125,685 to Rp. 360,035,704 so that it is very clear that tax savings occurred of Rp. 26,089,981, This savings occurred because there were several costs that had been transferred as allowances and costs that were not related to taxes.

To be able to increase loyalty, organizations are required to develop, and manage their human resources to be able to work professionally. This human resource management really needs support from top management as the first step. In addition, employees who get compensation that meets their living needs will tend to be more loyal to the company. This study was conducted to see the influence of leadership and compensation on employee loyalty of the Binjai City Transportation Office. This study used an associative approach with a correlational analytic design. Data is collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Questionnaires are calculated with likert scale measurement units, and processed using the SPSS (statistical product and service solution) program The results of the study showed that both partially and simultaneously the variable of leadership and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.

Analisis Determinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work dicipline, Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. The sample in this study used the simple random sampling method. In this study, the entire population was not taken as a sample. Researchers only took 81 employees. This study uses primary data processed with IBM Statistics SPSS 26. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression models and moderating. The results of this study indicate that work dicipline and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PTPN IV Medan. Partially, each work dicipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PTPN IV Medan. The t test shows that work dicipline has a tcount of 3.291 and a significance of 0.001, Work Motivation has a tcount of 2.986 and a significance of 0.004. Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation have a Fcount of 20,462 > Ftable of 2.72
